I ordered a dog harness and lead from this company and they emailed me a few days later stating that the harness was not in stock. They gave me an option of a full refund or I could choose something else and they would give me 20% compensation from that order for my inconvenience. What excellent customer service! I've never used this company before, but i will again and I would recommend them.

Ordered red dingo collar recently and arrived today well packaged and on time. Have used this company in the past a few times for red dingo products and have always had good prompt service. Our go to for collars and leads.

A recently bought 2 harnesses, 2 leads, and 2 collars from the Red Dingo range. The price was good, and communication was fantastic. It all arrived today and the dogs love them ❤️
I will use this company again, just allow time for shipping if you need items urgently as not UK based, but perfect 👌

I ordered some red dingo products and the harness was too small. I returned it and my refund was processed quickly. I reordered a bigger size and and happy with the delivery. They are based in Europe and you can track progress for your order. I would recommend them.

I ordered a dog collar for my dog from this website then read the reviews and wished I had read them first as they were not very good. However I can only comment on my experience which was excellent. I placed my order on 26.4.23 and received an email confirming my order with estimated delivery of 2.5.23-7.5.23. I then received another email on 27.4.23 saying my parcel was dispatched with a tracking link with estimated delivery now 3.5.23-8.5.23 and it arrived today 5.5.23 and is perfect, just what I ordered.

I have used this company for many years without a problem . I have ordered 2 dog tags and only received one , they won’t answer the phone or respond to my email . Very disappointed this time .

Delivery is usually prompt. One order was delayed but hey, we're in the middle of a pandemic, so delays are inevitable & not the fault of the seller.

Been buying here for years. It takes a few days for delivery but its well worth the wait. The quality of the leads and collars are very good. Customer service is also quick to respond.

Ordered a collar for my puppy on the 14th of January, 29th today and still waiting. Have just received an email stating estimated delivery date 4th of February. Would never had ordered had it stated this time frame at the point of ordering.Will not use this company again. Should have read the reviews on here first.

Prices are fantastic with a free delivery what more can you ask.
