Brand new id3 delivered used, damaged and filthy.

We get our company cars through this company. I was supposed to get a brand new id3 in April. I received it in September. It had 310 miles onto clock, 170 of which were unaccounted for. The car was filthy on arrival had clearly had a child seat in the back was covered in filthy finger prints everywhere, had a gouge out of the internal passenger door and a scratch to the rear side. It had clearly been used by a member of staff while waiting to be delivered to me. My 11 year old golf was sold in better condition. The company are refusing to take the car back and provide me with the new car that I ordered and are not even getting in touch, despite the fact that our company, at the moment, hires 75 cars though them. Do not touch this company.

Don’t use this company

Don’t use this company. I bought a bumper protector from them but they sent me one that was completely different to the one I ordered. I have emailed them many times asking them to arrange a return of the one they sent and supply the one I ordered but they will not reply to emails! There is also no telephone number on any of their paperwork for me to telephone them. Appalling customer service! Steer well clear of them

Robbers

Dreadful company. A company car user did not know he had a fine for overstay at a carpark to do with his job. Global doubled it, adding £40 on as “admin charge” what daylight robbery
