Clicked on DrFone Official and was taken to a company called 'Wondershare' to put the payment through. DrFone certainly looked like it would be the answer to my problems - recovery of lost files from my iPhone. So I paid for the option that came up. Turns out later that this was just one option of many!

Would prefer to give 0 stars!!!

Please refund my Money!

Registration not working - so confusing and purchasing options even more confusing - I guess I will just have to resign myself to the fact that I cannot get back my lost photos and videos.

I Downloaded and paid for restore program and received a licence which is totally unusable it says valid but when I click the option to restore to Computer - it says not registered and wants to charge me again.

If I click on Register I get a window saying
'Valid Dr.Fone Restore Social App valid until 17/08/2020 - it tells me that I am registered.

But only option I have is to buy buy buy!!! So you click on Buy and it goes to a new window with 14 different payment options! ranging $19.95 - $399!!

So it is asking me to pay even more money. The whole thing is AS CLEAR AS MUD! as to what you are actually purchasing!

Your Website is totally unclear and confusing - worst website I have ever come across - the whole thing is daylight robbery and extortionate as it knows us poor people would dearly love to get our old lost photos and Videos etc back, so you hold us to ransom and rack up the prices! Lovely!! How nice! Great looking bit of kit that just leaves you frustrated!!!!!
