I chose Global windows because I had watched them fit some windows for a neighbour and it looked as if the fitters were taking their time to do the job properly. During my job there was an unforeseen difficulty, the surveyor came out, a solution found, and the installation completed without any short cuts, or hiding problems.
Also a very neat and tidy installation on 6 windows and 2 sliding doors. Thanks guys

I would highly recommend Global windows. Excellent customer service right from initial call, sales man, surveyor and 2 amazing fitters called Andy and Shaun. I had a variation of quotes which was never too much trouble, never pressurised and the quality of the product and fitting was 2nd to none. They fitted around my working hours and everything resulted in an amazing customer experience.

Replacement Windows & Porch
We recently had our three bay windows & porch replaced. From the beginning to the end all the staff were professional & couldn’t be more helpful. Thank you to Trevor for his patience and advice and the multiple visualizations provided to ensure we received exactly the look we wanted.
The fitters Shaun & Andy were excellent. They worked tirelessly each day without any fuss or breaks. Daily the job was left thoroughly clean. They both had great attention to detail & the pride they took in their work showed in the excellent end result.
We would definitely recommend Global and use them again for any future work.

First class sevice
I recently had new windows,patio doors and composite door installed to my property and I couldn’t be more pleased with the result. The service was excellent from the initial meeting with Trevor, whose advice and knowledge was invaluable in helping me choose the correct design of window ,to the Installation by Andy and Sean.
During the installation any disruption or mess was kept to a minimum and tidied up straight away. Andy and Sean were very hard working,punctual and efficient,also the quality of workmanship was outstanding.
The experience I’ve had with Global Windows is only positive and everyone has been helpful and friendly.
I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend the company .

Great service from Global
Ten years ago Global built a LivinRoof Conservatory for us and replaced most of our external doors and windows.
They are still in excellent condition and as we are approaching the 10 year warranty, one of their engineers has done a round of adjusting any loose fitting doors and handles.
We are pleased to recommend Global and have just ordered replacement windows for our garage / workshop from them.
The windows have now been fitted and have made a great improvement.

No Nonsense Professional Company
We went with Global Windows partly because we could see the products in the showroom and got great advice and help from Alan.
Ordered the products the following week and had them installed this week. We’re really pleased with the outcome, everything looks great.
Sam & Ash the fitters grafted all day and did a really professional job (we were very impressed).
All in all from start to finish we couldn’t recommend Global Windows highly enough. 1st Class Job 1st Class Service.

We had a great experience with Global…
We had a great experience with Global Windows from visiting the showroom, then Alan coming to see us at our home and talking us through our options and getting the quote to us very quickly. We decided not to get quotes from anywhere else as we were satisfied with the quote given for the work to be carried out ( 7 windows and 2 external doors )
The turn around was really quick and the fitting date soon arrived, the 2 fitters Andy and Sean who came to carry the work out were Amazing, very professional, and cleaned up after themselves after they had finished. They left no redecorating for me to do!
All in all our Experience with Global was definitely a 10/10

Professional window company
Global fitted new windows including a large bay to our Victorian house and we are so pleased with the result. From quote to completion there was clear communication. The windows look great plus Andy and Shaun who fitted them were so respectful of our home while doing a good job. Everything left clean and tidy. Cannot recommend this company enough.

Maintenance of handle…
Had my windows and door fitted by Global over 9 years ago. Just had a very minor issue with a handle. Reported it to Global and they sent an engineer out to fix, excellent service. I am in the process of buying a new property and will not hesitate in using Global to supply replacement windows and doors.

New door and windows installation.
From the initial visit to the installation we were kept informed.
The price was competitive with the other quotations that we arranged and the product was well described.
The installers were friendly and tidy, and we are very pleased with the quality of the door and windows fitted to our kitchen.
Moreover when a fault was found within one of the sealed units the company were quick to respond and a new sealed unit was fitted free of charge.
I would recommend Global Windows to anyone who is in the market for window and door replacements, we would certainly use them again.

We required new front and back composite doors and after doing plenty of research with the competition we opted for Global. They were not the cheapest or dearest but we were impressed with their sales technique and after visiting their showroom and seeing the finished product we went ahead. After paying a holding deposit the order went like clockwork with a preliminary completion date given. A visit was then made by a Global surveyor to check the measurements for the doors and the installation date confirmed. Prior to installation the visit was confirmed by the fitters who arrived on time and completed the installation efficiently leaving absolutely no mess.
The balance payment was made by bank transfer after completion.
The order was then completed with a Certass building regulation certificate guarantee for piece of mind.
No brainer choose Global you will not be disappointed.
