Global windows replaced all our windows, 2 doors and 2 large patio doors. From start to finish this company have been amazing. Nothing has been too much trouble. They’ve made us feel so valued and respected. We’ve felt so comfortable with the team of fitters in our home. Not just the fitters but everyone else involved in the job. Right down to the office staff. The whole team is amazing. We could 100% recommend this company. All our neighbours have commented how amazing the house looks. Thank you global.

We have used Global over many years to fit replacement windows, a new conservatory with solid roof and just last week a new back door.
They never claim to be the cheapest but I can vouch for quality that lasts, workmanship that is top notch and always, always a very good After sales service.

From the first visit to the final installation nothing was too much trouble for the global team. We were kept well informed of each stage of construction and people attended when they said they would. We are pleased with the new conservatory solid roof and for the outstanding service provided, no issues whatsoever. Thank you.

Global have been amazing from start to finish . We have found the company to be professional in all our communications very quick to respond to our questions before the installation of our windows and doors . The fitters who installed our windows and doors were such hard workers they were relentless in getting everything installed to a very high standard and they were working in extreme heat we have had recently.
We are honestly so impressed with the quality of the work and the work done prior to fitting.

Good communication throughout. Promptly came out to quote. Had to wait 8 weeks for fitting but that was made clear at the time of the quote being given. Professional fitting, tidied up after themselves

Shoes, handbags and now windows and doors!

Having previously bought (direct from the manufacturer) a uPVC sliding sash window and fitted it myself, (five years ago) I was very impressed with the quality of these Kwikslide units.
I wanted to replace the original 120 year old bay window and two others, whilst retaining the original Edwardian features, but I was aware that replacing the bay was beyond my capabilities.
Kwikslide put me in touch with Global Windows, Trevor came and measured up, showed me before and after photos of a similar installation to ours, and produced a quote with which I was happy.
This was in October 2024 and due to outside circumstances, we had to postpone the project until May this year.
There was no nagging or 'special offers' in the interim - Trevor returned, confirmed the original price still applied and quoted a 6 week schedule. A very thorough surveyer (whose name I didn't get) came and took all the fine details.
Six weeks later Andy (tea, white, no sugar), Lee (are you happy with that?) and Morgan arrived and adjusted their preferred order of work to accommodate my bedbound wife's daily routine.
The ancient rotten bay was carefully removed, and like most old properties nothing was plumb or square - Andy took great pains (panes?) with the positioning and alignment of the 3 units to make sure it was the absolute best it could be, a true perfectionist. God is always in the details and the care taken with the finishing seals and trims was exceptional.
The other two windows produced their own challenges which were all carefully handled.
All the way through they patiently put up with the demands/questions/suggestions of a very particular customer (me) and made sure I was happy with what they were doing. They meticulously cleaned up (thanks Morgan) as they worked and took great care in the making good of the original cills, reveals and architrave.
Overall I am delighted with the results and will happily recommend Global Windows - indeed my daughter and her husband have just ordered new windows having seen the quality of ours.

I had a very good service from the onset from making general enquiries, taking measurements in my home to the installation. Everyone was very courteous, answered all my questions, and the installation was carried out quickly and they cleaned up afterwards, and I am very happy with the outcome. I used Global many years ago and found they have kept their high standards. I would certainly recommend Global to others.

Best window company around. We had our door fitted a few years ago and Trevor the advisor was fantastic really helped us pick the perfect door. When the door was fitted it looked amazing top quality and lovely colour. We decided to go back to global for all the windows. We was lucky again to get Trevor, who helped us pick the perfect windows for our property. Again first class service from the 2 fitters that came . The windows look fantastic after completion and has totally transformed our property. Would higher recommend this company. Thank you very much.

From walking in off the street to placing the order to the finished project. It couldn't have been easier. Russell advised on the order specs and kept us informed up until fitting day. Alan and Lee came on the day cheerful and professionally fitted the new door. The finish and cleanliness was second to none. So much so I returned to purchase windows.
You walk in as a potential customer and leave as a friend. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Just had a second lot of windows installed by global as we were pleased with the first. The most recent installation have a kind of opaque glass fitted because they are very overlooked and we are so pleased with them. They stop anyone seeing in but allow so much light through. Before we had to have blinds up but now we need nothing.
