i have one of Global Trackers devices installed in my car, its brilliant, does exactly what you expect, online you can see where your car is or has been and when down to the minute.
Easy to install and use, thoroughly recommend, great communication from this company, friendly and quick replies to emails, i wouldn't hesitate to point anyone looking for an affordable tracker in their direction

Servers keep going down! They are NOT OPEN ON A WEEKEND OR 24/7 SO LIKE NOW MY VAN IS STUCK WITH IMMOBILISER ON EVEN THOUGH I'VE TURNED IT OFF ON THE APP BUY BECAUSE NO SERVER AS ITS DOWN AGAIN !!!! MY VAN IS STUCK !!!! GET A MOBILE NUMBER FOR OUT OF HOURS

I've had nothing but a great experience with this company, fast to respond to emails when I encountered an issue and fast to remedy the issue. I've got no problem with recommending them. Excellent customer service. 5 Stars

Utter useless, service, Avoid scammers like this,
I had exactly the same issue as is already mentioned,
Staff had zero idea what to do I even had the phone put down on me,
They refused to raise a formal complaint,

False advertising as they claim the tracker works out the box, this is nothing but a lie,
All my calls are recorded so the second they started to call me a liar i know they were just trying to palm me off,
One member of staff admitted they had been having issues only for another member of staff to say this staff member had no idea what they were on about,
Just avoid them if you need any peace of mind,
Stopped answering calls . . .

Just fitted one of these to our Jetski for some piece of mind against theft. Tracker works as expected and sends alerts if it moves from its stored location. All good so far and at a reasonable price.

So my daughter passed her driving test a few months ago and being a mother I worried about her as you do, she’s useless with her phone so I can’t always get hold of her. I bought one of these trackers to put in her car to give me some reassurance so if she’s not home on time I can just log onto the app and see where she is. I highly recommend this for any parent with children who are useless with their phones!! Thank you global trackers

Bought 1 of these trackers off ebay on the 26 August, it arrived after a couple of days.
So after I had installed it I went on to setup my monthly subscription of £4 direct debit online, did all that, only to find it had setup 2 direct debits.
So I called up the "customer service" dept and spoke to a customer service advisor, she took all my details and said she needed to get a manger to call me back as soon has she had finished on a call, call back never came and it was Friday, so had to wait till Monday to call back, which is what I did, to be told again that a manager needed to call me back, I no this needs sorting out now.
I was then told that I needed to send an email to the company asking to cancel the direct debits but I needed to setup another direct debit in the meantime.
I refused and told them I was going to return the tracker in ebay.
Then after all this they still tried to take both direct debits after I had told them on the phone to cancel them and also emailed them to cancel them as well.
So after getting my refund from them in ebay I left them negative feedback, only for this company to send me a message, here it is copy and pasted..

I have reported you to ebay as your refund was processed in plenty of time within ebay policy and I do not have any prior communication with you except your message this morning.
I really think before you say anything further to ourselves or other sellers on ebay who are all doing there best that you should familiarise yourself with ebay policy.

So there you have it, useless company that doesn't give a toss about its customers.
Buy from elsewhere and do a bit of homework and search reviews.

After looking at the marketplace for a compact cost effective no frills tracker for my motorcycle,I came across Global Trackers.
After contacted Mandy who was very helpful & duely purchased a GT2.
With a few helpful emails i tailored the tracker to my requirements & have had over a year of trouble free monitoring.
I have since been recommending there product & service's to anyone who's looking for a tracker system.
