We had booked a trip via Global Tickets to the 2024 Valencia MotoGP race - which did not take place to the flooding of the whole region. The situation was handled swiftly and transparently, with the paid sum being fully refunded in form of a voucher. One year later, we used our voucher to visit the 2025 Valencia MotoGP race. Our guide, Karst, contributed significantly to the positive overall experience. Furthermore, the bus transfer from the hotel to the race track (and vice versa) was very well organized and highly convenient.

The Experience Just Keeps Getting Better...
This is the third year I've used Global-Tickets for my F1 package. Each year they keep getting better and better with the ticket selection and variety of hotels for each race.
They offer accommodations for all budgets and the ticket selection has seats available in all the grandstands.
I'm impressed with their professional on-site personnel. They know what they're doing.

Warning: Premium/Fan Packag
I ordered two weekend tickets with the Premium/Fan package for the race in Budapest.
As for the tickets themselves, nothing special—you download the phone version and that's it, standard stuff. However, the Premium/Fan package is a scam.
They didn't send anything before the race, then they informed me they would send the package after the race with an extra voucher, but in the end, they sent absolutely nothing. Beware! Do not pay extra for the Premium/Fan package because it is a scam.

Not the first neither the last
Not the first time for me with them and not the last time either! Great service e persons. First time I've booked a full accommodation and tickets experience, this time only tickets.
The only down side is I cannot choose the seats (of course I can understand the reasons written in the FAQs) and had to try to book with the extra money for the best seats available, we'll see.

Portimão GP virgin
PROS:- Well-organized
- reliable and comfortable transportation
- great location of hotel
- including free breakfast Buffett
- super awesome event guide (Clèmente)
CONS: - hotel lacking some services such as availability of water, morning, coffee marginal at best (unless you decide to pay extra for a cappuccino), air conditioning not working
- lack of packages to have more options such as VIP packages, paddock passes, etc.
- no swag bag this year
But overall, we love using Global Tickets and would always continue to do so in the future. We understand a lot of the cons may be out of your control. Everyone is really wonderful and friendly and helpful. We definitely will utilize you again, but just some suggestions as mentioned above

You will find the expected delivery date in your order confirmation. In addition, you will be informed regularly by e-mail about the shipping status of the tickets.
The tickets for the event you have booked will be made available to you in the form of e-tickets. As soon as they are available, you will receive an email with a link to download your tickets.

Global tickets never fail to offer a top class service
Global tickets are always superb. I have been to hospitality at the Belgium F1 2024 which was super well organised and a great location. Also tickets for Abu Dhabi 2024 North Grandstand were the best seats in all the North Stand and I have been going to this track for over 10 years and they have the best North allocation seats. Global Tickets are also super responsive and always helpful, great place to buy tickets and I have just brought Abu Dhabi 2025 VERY last minute today and they had availability !
