i'm a landlord who lives abroad. they didn't know that my tenant left without paying and that a that an invader entered in his place. not only that i didn't receive the rent, i had to pay more then 10K pounds in order to get him out. there was no one to talk to and even a letter i send them from a solicitor didn't get a response from them. i bought a property in U.K because i was certain these events can't happen in U.K , they proved me wrong. i recommend to every one who asks my advice about a country to invest in, not to invest in U.K if real estate agents like Global Lettings exist and no one control their unbelievable negligence

This company is in absolute shambles!! I recently moved into a flat with my boyfriend, we are very young people aged 17 and 18. We have had many issues whilst moving in and all we wanted was to get them fixed. The management all decided to leave with no notice and no contact info for anytime we would need it. Our boiler has broken and we have had no hot water for 4 weeks and have been constantly ringing and emailing for the same amount of time and get the same answer every time “we will pass on a message and get back to you” BUT THEY NEVER DO!! Our lock was also broken and we could not lock our door, we got told it was not an emergency and had to have an unlocked door at all times for 2 weeks straight until we had to deal with this ourselves. It is disgusting and so obvious they are not taking us seriously as we are young. I have also been told that I am not allowed contact with my own landlord and have to go through them. But if I do go through them, nothing ever comes of it! I advise you to stay away from this company at all means cause they just take you for a mug. I am very close to just ending my contract and I am 100% going to be taking this matter much further.

Stay well away from properties managed by this company f(or now at least)!!

I'm a tenant and having similar problems as the others on Google Review. The main letting agent and director of Global Lettings that I have been dealing with have suddenly left the company early this month without leaving any contact details of who will take over. I have no way of getting in touch with anyone directly about issues relating to the property. There is a number for a call centre but they only deal with emergency issues and otherwise "would pass on a message for someone else to contact me directly" BUT NO ONE EVER DOES!!!! I have been trying to get in touch with someone for the past 3 weeks and have failed. This is very unprofessional and I'm speaking to the citizens advice and the city council to find out how/who exactly do I complaint about this to. But yeah, AVOID!!

Shocking company who rip tenants off and offer no answers. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t know where to begin with our issues but let’s just say i am taking my issues much further.

Highly recommend Global Lettings and Management. I’m an oversea buyer and Pardeep is my agent. As we are not so familiar with UK property issues, Pardeep provides us many advices and always proactively gives me instant assistance!

I was introduced to Global Lettings last year in April while trying to finalize purchase of a property, being based out of the UK it was such a huge relief to have someone on the ground taking me through all the processes and basically doing all the running around on my behalf.
