Very fast comunication, seller provided me with plenty information regarding shipping time and reasons for possible delays. But there were no delays. I received the package intact which was prepared very professionally, and the product is as described on the website. I will most definitely order again in due time and I recommend their product and service it to anyone. I have ordered from gleevape the 4th of august and still have not recieved my parcel, they told me that an investergation is in progress, but im starting too doubt that I ever will recieve it.
I told them that I dont think that it is fair, that I should wait this long and asked for my money back or send me a new parcel, but no help.

I'm sorry, but I cannot recommend ordering from this shop, because the support is not helpful at all.
(They have stopped answering my questions.)

I did send a email, to get this problem solved, but got a very uprofessionel respond.

Me: "Hiya.

I still have not recieved my parcel.
It has been under investergating for over 2 months now.

I think it would be most fair, that you guys send me a new parcel."

Answer from Gleevape: "Hi, we are indeed still investigating your parcel, but we found out that yours gave us a very nasty bad review so that we had to reconsider the issue, thanks!"

Me: "So you tell me that you would scam and not do anything about my parcel, because i told the truth on trustpilot?"

Answer from Gleevape: "We never lie. It's just that your behavior offended us and we had to take action."

Now they either blocked me or stopped answering. (So what i get from this is that I am being threatened for making this review and they don't want to do anything more about my case.)
But i bet they would not have done anything either way.

So I just guess i have to admit that I have been scammed.

Absolutely BAD EXPERIENCE! The shop is in China.
The package never picked-up and the seller is not replying.
Do avoid this website!

They wont refund my cancelled orders. It says refund on the site but they stopped replying and they dont support. Scamming people. They are replying that they sent your goods, without even knowing which order number you are talking about. Please stay away from them, they will scam you!

i actually had to wait for a longer time than expected, and i was really nervous, but in the end i got the product, so i guess it's a 4/5
