Customer service is better than a lot…

Customer service is better than a lot of other people I have dealt with. I personally think they should use a better delivery company than Gofo. I had a package go from Miami to Orlando 5 times before my package arrived to me in Orlando. They even told Gleeride that they would either send my package back to China, or destroy it if I did not come get it. I eventually got my package.

avoid

I ordered the toursor x13 things we great i was happy untill the scooter came and parts didn't match the description, the handlebar stem bolts didn't screw in i had to re-thread it and not my controller has broke. The after sales team have been useless. Sent me out a controller that is not compatible and saying I wired it wrong when they sent me to diagram. Constantly want pictures and videos of the same problem over and over. I will be seeking legal action against this company

Wrong Charger Cord, 2 week wait for correct

The charger that was supposed to come with the scooter did not! So I had to wait 2 weeks for the correct cord to charge and ride my scooter. Still waiting for the backup I ordered the day before I emailed about the wrong cord.

Well I was a bit sceptical at first…

Well I was a bit sceptical at first after reading some reviews about the wait time for items to arrive but the bike I got duotts c29 was the cheapest at glee ride £700 in sale the 12 percent off on top of that I ended up paying £620 which is an absolute bargain and the bike took just under a week to arrive so my experience with glee ride is good and I would use them again like I say cheapest on the Internet by far with free quick delivery not bad 👍

I bought a electric scooter on the 30th…

I bought a electric scooter on the 30th of April, there website says fast delivery and from a UK warehouse but it's been just over a week now and it hasn't even been sent yet. I have email them a few times and all I get back is a tracking number from xdp and when you look up the tracking it says they haven't even receive it yet. I have asked for proof of my scooter being sent and nothing back, so I asked for a refund and again they haven't got back to me. I wouldn't buy from this site it's either a scam or the scooter is coming from China

The affordable prices, in line with the great specs included, made it an easy choice to choose gleeride for my E scooter purchase. Customer support before and after delivery has been faultless.
