Gleaming Media is the most powerful marketing medium to market products or services using Search engine optimization, search engine marketing

The company, Gleaming Media (Established 2013), H 133 Basement, Sector 63, Noida, India is the worst employer & worst IT Company.

There are following numbers of issues and complain about this company, some of them are as followed:

1. No working environment: This Company does not believe in helping grow their employees. Boss has own payment procedure. Salaries are always deducted, no matter if you work for full day and many such thing more.

2. Mangement: The company Owner Mukul Gupta are mad and they don't know how to run a business. They are hire robots (machine) instead of good employees. If anyone start to work with them, they always using abusive words with employees and give unnecessary work pressure. They are into business from last 4 years but still they just have 4 to 5 employees because no one stay with them for long (Even not more than 6 months).

3. Hitler Ship: Company did'nt provide at least Tea or Coffe of their employees. If you complain or discuss with the boss they told kaam to karte nahi ho chai, coffee or paani chahiye sahab ko. Aise workout nahi hoga.

4. Office Look: If you see company from main road, you feel company is very big like a Birla Soft. But they works in a single room with 4-5 employees.

I've many more to complaints about this company and save somebody carrier being spoiled but it's the face that no one will believe me until unless they are The VICTIM. So, why not try and give a shot to believe it.

This is one of the worst company to work for me. If you are a professional looking for a good work environment, good projects, good management, good HR policies etc., then this is not the place for you.
