The package I received was empty. Annoying but mistakes happen. I contacted the customer service by email the same day (no telephone number available) no response 3 days later. I’ve been emailing every 3 days since for the last ten days and nothing, ccing in every email address I can find on their website.

Just to add, as soon as you place the order, they hit you with marketing emails EVERY DAY, like they are trying to brainwash you into loving the product. I wish I was able to comment on if it’s good but I’m not sure I will get that chance…. I’m utterly fed up. Is this a scam company?

Tried the luminous liquorice today and it has not made a blind bit of difference to my hair, sorry folks for me it was a waste of money, plus it is like hell trying to get it out of the bottle and the mess!!! Not worth it

It's alright I guess. It can top up colour nicely, but in my opinion it does nothing for making your hair look glossy or shinier, and if anything just made my hair feel course and like it had product in it all the time. I probably wouldn't buy this product again, but if you're looking for a colour maintainer, I think it's better purposed as that rather than a hair gloss.

really tested it leaves the hair well behaved just do not know how to make curls with it anymore and very good !!!

Thank you I love my new hair tool and the only thing was having to wait without any news of how the process of my purchase was going but everything else is perfect. When I did enquire though I was answered very promptly so thank you for that.
