I purchased same frame from different company though the serial number was the same it was to small. My son broke his original frame and was very upset .He was truly happy with the frame and I was happy with the purchase price.

My order arrived days before expected. That is service!

I'm being asked for a review, when I'm still waiting for my purchase. The order from July 25th still says Job Trayed. Waiting on frames and lenses.
But I'm hopeful that it will turn out great.

Have not received my glasses or a response to my inquiry.

I gave my sons PD size (provided by his doctor) and they told me that was way too small and I needed to remeasure. I gave them a different size (that I measured myself) and they accepted it. It took a very long time to process and ship. After getting the lenses they were way too big. I contacted them and they said they would exchange them. When I accepted that and gave them my cell number at their request, to complete the exchange, they stopped responding to me. Now I’m stuck with glasses way too big and useless.

Easy order….received frames….popped lenses in…..and away I go.

It’s been almost 3 weeks still haven’t received my package no communication and no tracking number I had finally got one and they still haven’t shipped my package

Needed to order a new pair of the glasses frames I was wearing. I found the company on the internet. They had the frames at a fair price.

Their delivery time seemed a bit long so I sent an email asking where they were. The next day I received their response with all the info I needed to track the shipment. So, very good customer service.

The frames arrived on the date indicated. They were perfect.

You were a little slow with replying to my first request. I needed the colour code. I almost gave up but one day I got a reply. I ordered two clip-ons and the arrived on the scheduled day. They are perfect. Fit just like from the factory. I have been telling people about your company.

Everything went wrong with this and my first order. Your web sight says free returns if not happy. I orders a glass order from you a few months ago. Frames were too small. Contacted you and told we do not a return policy. Your web says full refund on glasses. Look up my acct. Erick Anderson Very unhappy with your company and service.
