I accidentally chose the wrong option…

I accidentally chose the wrong option and chose "reading" glasses when I needed prescription reading glasses to use all the time. The team would not work with me in getting the lenses replaced. I kept getting computer generated emails and no option to return.

BOGOAHalf the best deal. I needed replacement frames. I got 4 frames ( I have five broken pairs of the same glasses from over the years ), for 60'ish % of the cost of a single set of the same frame.

You sold me eyewear that you didn't actually have in stock. Unprofessional that you can track your inventory properly. The order was eventually cancelled and refunded. Very frustrating.

HORRENDOUS

Poor quality, service, shipping and misrepresentation of true quality of product.

First time I ever shopped here. My prescription sunshades costed a total of $150 cad WITH a discount....the frames were $75. First off the frames are such cheap quality it looks like it costs $0.89 in china to make, so was so disappointed.

Shipping took about 20 business days ....from the time I ordered until I got the product ...POOR.

Also I've worn it all day and now my eyes are burning, and sore and irritated because of the poor craftsmanship of the glasses. Yes it has those " rainbow" blotch marks all around the edges.

So now I can't wear these and they r just causing more stress; I threw them in the garbage because I wasn't about to deal with the complexities of their refund process

Do yourself a favour and order from KITS and the quality is FAR superior for same price with lightspeed shipping and pristine craftsmanship.

Takes longer time than expected

The order took 30 days but I finally got what I ordered. Nice quality reading glasses. The company is located in Canada therefor the shipping takes longer time.!
The only Hassel is shipping & mailing time. But you get a tracking number.
