These guys are absolute Criminals. I ordered and paid for Photochromic bi-focals. They sent me readers. When I brought this to their attention they offered me $3.00 . Then they had me send pictures of the bill of lading the glasses and the packaging. Offered $5.00. Don't order from them. They were good a couple of years ago. They ARE NOT NOW

These people are scammers I've been waiting for over a month they keep telling me that it's coming or they're on vacation on the emails but nothing and I'm still waiting so there's cameras do not buy anything from these people or they will steal your money

They just charged me over 25% state sales tax on my glasses order. They give you discount that scam you. There is no excuse for this outrageous behavior

Waiting for weeks showing it's in Ireland but it's really coming from China. Another Chinese scam company. Don't buy

These glasses are incredibly lightweight and comfortable. They offer excellent protection from blue light. The quality is outstanding - a stellar combination of fashion and function. Highly recommend!

Personally, I think these glasses offer good value for the price. I am entirely satisfied and would recommend this product to others. I am quite pleased with my purchase.

This purchase was definitely a great bargain. Highly recommended! The metal frame adds to its durability and style. They are indeed lightweight and comfortable as promised.

I never received ,my order has been over 7 weeks. When tracked shows delivered to a PO Box, I don't even have a PO Box. Glassesith, basically said my problem not theirs. KEEP AWAY!!!!

Fraud website do not order from them I ordered glasses Jan 22nd and still have not received them, another site states it’s actually a fraudulent website do not order anything from them I saw them posting on Facebook and it looked like a legit company but it’s not.

If I could give them no stars, I would. It took longer than expected for gthe glasses to arrive and although I followed their guidelines regarding the strength to order, I can't see past the end of my nose in them. They look nice but totally useless regarding being able to look up/down and focus on anything.
When I contacted them about a refund (keeping in mind they offer a refund process with no restrictions noted AND a 90-day trial period), I was offered a US2 refund but told not to send them back as it would inconvenience me and take too much time. After weeks of trying and 16 emails I have not been able to get any return address from them, and still they offer US2 as their best offer. Nothing on their site indicates you have to send the item to China and the likelihood of getting a refund is non-existent.

The quality is absolute rubbish. I paid $40AU not even worth $5. This company should be done for false advertising. Good luck trying to get a refund..

Wish I could give them a big fat ZERO. I ordered 2 pairs of glasses in December 2023. It is now halfway through February and I still haven’t received my order. Received vague tracking emails saying they were coming from Ireland. The last email said they were in Bismarck, North Dakota.

ZERO stars. I ordered the reading glasses in December 2023. After vague tracking messages, stating it was arriving from the United Kingdom, in transit by ship, stuck in customs, awaiting release, etc etc. I received 1 out of 2 pair ordered over 1 1/2 months later. On the pkg, it states it came from Chicago. In the box, we're 1 pair of glasses ( I ordered 2), similar in apearance to ad but very cheap material. The lenses are not blue light as it claimed in the ad. The hinges was super tight and difficult to open to put on, to the point of being afraid they'd break while doing so. Once opened, I could not fold them again to put away.
No response to complaints regarding the product or to question regarding second pair ordered.

Too long overdue delivery. Cheap product not worth the money. Red flag!

Scam and rubbish. Check the other reviews and do not purchase. The only good reviews are from people saying they bought clothes?? From a glasses shop? Seller has been identified as a scam site just do a google search for glassesith scam.

I ordered glasses in Dec 2023 and have yet to receive them. I keep getting bogus tracking emails. After a search on the web, don’t take much to find out it’s a SCAM. In addition to ripping off consumers they have personal data now.

I ordered my glasses in December 2023 and it is now February 2024, nothing received yet.

The reading glasses I ordered were very poor quality as far as the correction. While they looked attractive, they did not work. Trying to get a refund is next to impossible. Additionally, it appears that they ship items from the United States but they do not. It takes weeks for the item to arrive, their website states that they allow returns and exchanges but they make it very difficult and try not to have you get any refund or something very minimal

Do not deal with this company! During the ordering process prices were shown in Australian dollars. Order Confirmation showed US dollars which was way more than conversion rate. So sorry they said, will refund overcharging. Still waiting for it. Glasses took ages to arrive and when they did they were bent out of shape so much that they sat diagonally on my face. Went throught convoluted process to request refund. Refused refund as their warehouse determined there was no quality issue with the product despite me sending photos and video of bent frames. They suggested I keep the glasses to avoid high return costs or gift them to a friend!!!!!

HORRIBLE. I received these and they are way too strong, and you can only use them for reading... not distance. I asked to return them, they stated that since they sent the right product they can't accept the return, they can only refund 2usd.

"We are so sorry for this case.
According to our return policy, if we do not send you the wrong item, it won't be supported to returned or exchanged.
But we can refund you 2 USD as compensation."
