Everything went wrong ordered cleaning gloves for my dog got 3 delivery dates from yodel never turned up and time then surprise surprise told me they delivered it to building next door but showed me a photo of a bus stop avoid this company at all coats because once orders placed and paid you can't speak to a soul

Not sure if a scam or just incompetence but the parcel I ordered, a simple crevice cleaning brush never arrived. I assumed i was ordering from a nearby business due to the website name. I then got three different tracking numbers - and customer service refuses to refund or resend the item.

The initial tracking link they sent showed the parcel traversing the USA, landing in London before it went cold. I reached out and they sent another link showing it in transit.

Reached out again, and they sent another link showing the parcel leaving from China, and eventually delivered by Royal Mail to a town 50 miles away from me.

I am not sure if it is an honest mistake, incompetence or an elaborate scam (it was just £15 so not really worth the time - but i guess if you run thousands of these, it adds up as a scam).

I've disputed the transaction with my bank.

I purchased a balloon toy for my granddaughter. It eventually arrived but the pieces did not fit together and the 1 bit that did fit when I tried to inflate the balloon it failed. Contacted customer services and they have offered £4 back but the item cost £20.99!!! It will have to be put in the bin as it's completely rubbish! No fool like an old fool, lesson learned don't shop here.

Do not use take your money and you get nothing I ordered a gift for my grandsons paid via PayPal thinking it would be a safer way. I have never got anything delivered and PayPal were no help they just reported that the parcel had been delivered

Brought a toy off these people. Complete rubbish it was cheap plastic and didn’t do what it was supposed to do.
Bought as a Christmas gift for a child who was very disappointed. Waste of money and when I looked at returning it would have cost so much money as not even worth it.

Same as what others have said. Absolute scammers, how are they allowed to continue operating is beyond me.
Took more money than product price agreed. It arrived smashed and broken, unusable. Absolutely disgusting.

Glagowmu are a scam Chinese company set up in the UK to take money from your credit card.
Check out scamadviser.com and malwaretips.co.uk for confirmation. I had a receipt for £24.98 my toy purchase and a debit of £29.98 appeared on my credit card not withstanding the item was faulty with no chance of them giving me my money back.
Please follow my lead and speak to your credit card/bank provider and ask for a 'chargeback' of money due back into your account

I paid £24 for a toy which didn't work. I emailed my complaint with a video. They offered $3 compensation. I refused and asked them to either refund me the full amount or send another item that worked. They sent me another item, which also didn't work! I requested a refund. They offered me $6. I refused, as I have paid £24 and got nothing for it! They said I could pay the postage to send it back to them (in China) and they would compensate me once the items arrived. I then read all the reviews here and realised I'm probably not going to get a refund, so I'm just warning others here not to buy products from this company.

Terrible company. Placed an order and received the receipt for the order showing the correct transaction value. However, when I checked the amount that was charged to my PayPal account it was 20% higher than the order value. I immediately emailed them asking to cancel the order in line with their published cancellation policy but they refused to cancel the order. They responded to my emails fairly quickly trying to convince me not to cancel and then they said they could no longer cancel as the order had now been dispatched. Luckily PayPal have refunded the overcharge but I still want to cancel. In addition the company uses dubious pricing tactics showing a normal price which is very high and then showing how much they have discounted the price. A brief search shows that the product was never the higher price and is available everywhere else at less than their discounted price. Unfortunately I followed a link provided by a friend to buy the product and foolishly assumed that they had done the checks on the company before sending the link. I won't make that mistake again. A brief check on Trust pilot shows that the overcharge tactic seems to be quite common. Avoid

This is a scam, I received an email from them offering a product for £8.49 with free shipping but they took over £15. I have tried and tried to get a proper refund but I am being ignored and given excuses.
I have asked twice to cancel the order but my request has been ignored

Would give minus stars if I could! Ordered an item 18 August. Invoice said £20.99.

However they’ve charged me £25 and still not delivered my item. It’s been in the UK for 3 weeks apparently 🤣🤣🤣

Offered a refund but helped themselves to £10.

I've only put one star but it's not even worth that.. I ordered a dress which was on offer for about half price the video states its a button through dress well there's not one button on it the material feels like a shiny shower curtain the colours are not as seen on the website...the emails have been very good until the dress arrived and I've contacted them.They offered me £2 as a good will gesture I said I'd just like a refund so they now offered me £5 and cant understand why I am dissatisfied.There seems to be about 4 different sites selling these dresses I'm wondering if they are all connected.Absoulutely disgusted just glad I didnt pay the full price !!!! I wish I could post the pic on here of what I received so others can see !!!!I was also told that the dress was inspected before coming to me I suggest their inspectors need a trip to specsavers !!!!!!

The dress delivered was not as ordered. It had a white coloured panel just above the hem. Not blue to match the dress in their advert video.
Requested a full refund and return labour which were both denied. They refused to accept return to their Coalville depot and was told to return to China at my cost.
They offered £2, increased to £4 in compensation in broken English
responses which was refused.
Now reported to Trading Standards for investigation. They need to be prosecuted and closed down.

Not worth one star. Ordered item that eventually arrived but in wrong colour. I want to return item for refund. Have been told it will cost ME 30USD. The item is Chinese so I think this is a con. Would never buy from them again. Has anybody managed to return an item??

Ordered two small purses and they arrived quite quickly. Nice purses but sadly they smelt really fusty and one actually had mildew on it. I’ve managed to get rid of the mildew and smell. Wouldn’t buy again from this Company

I really would not give this awful company 1 star. I ordered 2 dresses. They eventually arrived and were nothing like the advertisement.
Has anyone managed to get their money back? I have written endlessly asking for a UK address. Today they have replied saying I may only return to the China address. I will NEVER buy from ads again.
Can anyone help please? I am seriously considering writing to the Chinese Embassy. Sadly I paid via Debit card.
