I ordered a hat never received it I emailed them sent messages on Ig no response I just want my money back

Ordered from them before and everything was fine, then they decided to do a sale so I brought 2 things and only received half my order. Once I brung it up with them not only did I go now reply I didn’t even get a refund or my missing order

Wouldn’t even rate it one star, absolutely disgusting scamming company, I received two items from an 8 item order, when I tried to contact them several times I’ve been nothing but ignored, never got the rest of my order so I did a chargeback with my bank and now months later glamgyal are trying to contest my chargeback request, yet they cannot respond to me and are now trying to steal money from me, disgusting.

This company don’t even deserve one star. My daughter used them on tik tok in a sale. She received the package with only half the items enclosed. We sent three separate e-mails. They send an automatic response saying they will reply within 48 hours but please allow up to two weeks. They specify, please do not chase up as this will cause them delays in replying. What an absolute load of rubbish. They are thieves!! My daughter is 16 yrs old and worked so hard to earn the money she spent on your products. You are absolutely disgusting and i hope the reason your company is no longer trading is because you have fallen into financial hardship. May you never run another business again and steal hardworking people’s money you thieves!

I ordered as it was advertised on TikTok that they were having a shutting down sale, everything was fine, got my tracking number to say it was heading to Royal Mail and then nothing I emailed after the supposed last date for them to have all orders out (4/4), waited the 2 weeks for them to contact me but radio silence. I eventually filed a charge back with my bank and now they’re dealing with it. Terrible company, happened to too many from what I’ve seen on here and TikTok.

Would give 0 if possible. Spent £50 a month ago, eventually received a parcel containing £20worth of stuff I didn't order. No reply to emails, no refund. Absolutely disgusting service. AVOID!!!

Ordered 2 sets with shorts leggings and tops. Only received 1 leggings. Contacted on 2 occasions over a month first to chase the order and then to request a refund and no reply to either email. Wouldn’t even give 1 star. AVOID.

Didn’t get my order but they said they are going to give me my refund so if so I will be happy . :)

My daughter order 4 sets and only received 2 leggins and my niece received a dress instead of a set! Total scammers avoid at all costs has contacted bank! how have they not been shut down!!!!!!

Good, received my order in 3 deliveries for 3 items which is questionable for the environment but they are closing down so… thought it was a scam but just had to wait a little longer then the other 2 turned up on the same day.

Amazing! Got 8 items during there closing sale for £10 each and free shipping the material is such high quality and fit, delivery took longer than expected but it was free so cant complain at all, really happy!

Wouldn’t even give it a star at all, shipping took ages, sent me all the wrong stuff in a completely different size absolute scam gyal‼️‼️‼️

Absolutely horrible finally received my order ALL WRONG 5 items instead of 8 sets of clothes no replies from the email of the website to get the problem resolved I suggest going to the resolver and trading standards like I have to try get my money back absolute SCAM

Absolutely awful I received my order from their closing down sale, firstly when I opened my parcel I noticed there was a hole in the bag and only leggings when, I ordered the racer tracksuit set with leggings and a jacket. I have previously ordered this set like a year ago now and I really liked it. The leggings I received were not the same as the leggings in the set like the ones I already owned, these leggings were way too small and would fit a 10 year old. Absolutely disgusting how you can do this to so many people when a lot of these people were supporting you.

Absolutely discusting what they've done to everyone. Scammed kids out of there money to send absolutely something different to what they've done ordered should be ashamed.

Ordered 2 sets with it been a closing down sale. My parcel came today and the packaging had been open ripped open there were no leggings just a t shirt and a shorts and no t shirt which was the wrong item sent. Contacted them by email and heard nothing back. I want a refund as this has happened to quite alot of girls which is totally unacceptable and it's theft as they have our money. I've had to reply back regarding this issue. It's absolutely disgusting. AVOID this company at all costs there SCAMMING people out of money!

Ordered for the closing sale and the leggings are so small and do not stretch at all also look a bit see through, top didn't arrive for my set, tag came off so easily so i cant even return and my friend also spent £18 and her parcel has somehow become a vinted parcel and given to someone else.

DO NOT TRUST!!!!! ordered 2 packages from this store. one grey short sleeved + leggings set. and one navy long sleeved and leggings set. the grey leggings have turned up fine. however no top. blue SHORTS have turned up not the leggings or long top. i didnt order shorts. my email has been blocked when trying to contact. DONT TRUST!!!!!!
