I am not going to talk about the product because guess what, I haven’t received it even though I paid extra for “priority packing and home delivery”. Glame didn’t ask for my contact number and sent my order to local courier company. If one selects this option, make it mandatory to submit a contact number, this is basic e-commerce logic!
I guess they expect the courier company to have Glame beaded dreams about my contact number and how to find me!
I pay for a service and then I am told by Elisa (who has no etiquette on how to address a customer, just standard rant, unbelievable for French to lack manners!) to contact the courier company, she has the local shipment reference but she can’t communicate my contact number to the company. I paid for priority handling and home delivery so that I actually have to put aside my commitments and chase a courier company!
Whether you chose Glame or not (most genuine reviews are negative! So I am not looking forward to my order anymore) DO NOT OPT FOR PRIORITY HANDLING. It’s just scheme to rip off some money off you!

Warning there is a cheap Glame advertising on eBay from china do not buy that one or confuse it.My story 9-10 beers per night after work.Bracelet should charge overnight and used 8 hrs per day minimum.I found immediately I couldn’t make the 9 beer mark just got too tired and fell asleep.Then I started a slow safe diet ,one less beer a week.Im down to 5 per night and next week 4.Blood pressure from withdrawal also comes down while using the bracelet.Good quality but I recommend a ease off slowly routine for heavy drinkers as it can be dangerous going cold turkey.

POORLY MADE PRODUCT THAT FELL APART IN WEEKS
Purchased bracelet with magnets. Can’t really say I noticed much difference but persevered-after a few weeks the thread of the bracelet started to fray and then lost most of its elasticity. Then it just broke and fell off - it was outside on a grassed area and I could not find all the beads. I wrote to Glame who advised of their refund policy and that I was outside of that. $85 for something that falls apart after less than 3 months? They ‘generously’ offered to allow me to purchase another at 50% discount! Naturally, I declined - as likely be in the same position in another few weeks..

I bought two of these bracelets with high hopes that it would help to achieve our goals of quitting alcohol. They are very cheaply made, the place where the elastic is tied pokes out and looks like a preschooler made the bracelets. The "charger" appears to be very cheap painted plastic. There are no instructions at all except for an ear magnet which only tells you where to place it. No info on what it is supposed to do, when to wear it or not, just nothing at all. I am completely disgusted that anyone would scam people trying to change their lives for the better. I hope these people rot in hell for eternity.

Unfortunately this is a scam. I have bought from the website directly and the emails received all come from the email stated in the responses to these reviews.
My shipment was dispatched from an “international” carrier when these are meant to be shipped from France.
The product received it flimsy and small. I am very into my natural healing stones and magnets, and homeopathy. As soon as I opened the box was very disappointed and I knew immediately. I will be requesting a refund and reporting to trading standards in the UK as this is fraudulent and a scam.

I bought a braclet from Glame in October 2024. I didn’t receive the package, I contacted Glame multiple times and was given multiple excuses and then completely ignored. Then, early this month I received a notification from them through Trustpilot, asking me to send information about my order so it could be resolved. I resent the information, got a reply that day to say my refund had been issued. Next day I got an email from Glame asking me to remove my negative review. I said I would happily do this when I receive my refund. I again was told the refund had been issued and the delay was due to a processing error. Two weeks later I sent another email to say I hadn’t received the refund. I was told they had followed up again but the payment cannot be processed as the “payment provider” keeps blocking it and there’s nothing they can do to force it. Don’t buy from this company! It is not legit and does not provide the goods you pay them for

Just to clarify: it’s completely normal that the charger is made of wood — it’s designed that way on purpose. Bracelet is a reminder but I can’t say it’s reduced my desire to have a drink, albeit only socially. The ring is starting to lose its coating, so starting to look copper. Truly cannot see any magnetism occurring when putting them on a bit of cut out wood.
I’ll persevere but not convinced or recommending to friends and family. Put it down as an experience in life 👍🏻
