SCAM CITY!

SCAM CITY!

Ordered some items well over 6 weeks ago. Received a “tracking number” checked it weekly and it always said “waiting for details” finally emails customer service - they sent me the tracking number which I already had! I reached out 3 more times just asking them to cancel my order and refund me. FINALLY heard back today and she said “oh looks like we have to update it in our system” an hour later, they marked it as DELIVERED. I looked everywhere - no package. I will be contact my bank and the BBB. Please save yourself the trouble!

My orders never came

My orders never came. I have emailed them at least 10 times and I get a canned response but they never follow up with me. They have changed their customer support email address twice in the last month. Please don’t waste your money, I don’t believe they have any intention of sending my orders or refunding my money. I was so excited about my purchases- I feel like a fool!

Amazing product

Amazing product, worth the price, it delayed 19 days to arrive, some extra days from
whats stated in the site but i guess this is based on your location.
