Gladwells - SUPERB in EVERY RESPECT!
Found and visited Gladwells Saturday, 27th September 2025.
Having recently aquired a pair of young budgeriegars, I found myself in URGENT need of some food stuffs and a couple of items, but simply unable to find in the pet supplies sections of ANY LOCAL SUPERMARKETS whatsoever!! Panicked (!), found Gladwells through a Google search and went to shop - on Mildenhall Road, Bury St Edmunds - immediately! (Found ample parking on arrival.)
Greeted by 'Jaz' and assisted by 'Dan' (owner?), I can only describe them and the shop as being absolutely SUPERB in EVERY RESPECT!!
Dan and Jaz both incedibly friendly and of more help and assistance than I could possibly have hoped for! Exact food required having been purchased, I left with a couple of additional items I had hoped to find, although, once again, UNAVAILABLE in any other supermarked or similar store; plus a feeling of having been exceptionally well treated and having made two 'friends'! (Thank you both SO very much!!)
This is a First Class, well stocked, conveniently located pet supplies store, with immensely kind and friendly, knowledgeable staff that/who absolutely deserve to do well and I, for one, most sincerely hope they will!
And I'm obviously not the only person who believes that, as they're already 4.6/5 from 150 Google reviews, and long may that trend continue! Oh; and exceptionally GREAT VALUE too!
