I'm a frequent buyer. Had purchased a lot of accounts. Now when i have a problem, i think I'm actually helpless. Can you please try to help me get my money back for an order which i made by mistake?
I have only bought Xbox One games from you till now. And on March 3rd I made an order for a game, but unknowingly, i purchased for a different platform(I think steam). After i realised that i had purchased a code for the wrong platform. I immediately contacted you via email and opened the paypal claim, because i wanted that money back to buy the same game for Xbox One. And when gk4.me's customer care said they stopped selling Xbox One games and asked me to buy from Games2dl.
Anyway, on the PayPal claims page, i had a conversion with Gk4.me, and this was the conversation.

It was a mistake, am a frequent buyer from you for Xbox Games, but this time, i ordered for steam by mistake. I dont even have a steam machine. Please take back the code, i have no use with it. If you are able to provide an xbox account instead of a refund, that would be fine as well.

BUT after this, they didn't respond in any manner, what i thought was, I would get a refund from the seller. And what happened next was tragic! My grandfather who is 90, heard a heart attack and kidney failure, so i was with him in the Hospital as he was admitted in the ICU for over a week. and only this weekend, he was discharged and sent back home.
When i checked my emails, i saw that my claim had been closed and I didn't get my refund. When i called paypal, they said it's because i didn't escalate this claim to PayPal before the dead line! BUT i was in the hospital with my grandpa, that was why i couldn't check my email.
PLEASE GK4.me, please help me get my money back. I've done at least $1000+ transaction on your website. I've also suggested you to a lot of my gamer friends and they too buy from your website. Please help me out when i need the help. The amount involved is € 31.39 EUR

They dont accept any sort of refund! Even when i have a perfect reason.
They are not nice but just rude. A realy realy bad experiences. Dont order anything on there site!

I expected to get my key in a few minutes, but got it the next day instead. Didn't bother me that much but I should have gotten it sooner.

This past week I have received multiple emails from your representatives either saying one thing or another saying something different from another. I would like either a refund or the account with the game I have purchased my game was refunded on the account with the card you put on it, I'd like to receive what I payed for since the voucher I was given did not work and I was told that your company does not sell Xbox accounts anymore what is your plan of action?

For a shop that only has to send a key it took just too long. I ordered a key around 4 days ago and got it this morning. I already had the bill for two days and paid three days ago. I don't get that. It was not my first time with them but my last time.
The price was very good though. That is why it is not just one of five.

Their keys are some of the cheapest I've seen on all the CD key websites and they delivered the keys reasonably quickly. Great service and super easy to use.

ordered For Honor Xbox and was givin 4 replacment after the first one didn't work, non worked so I was promissed a refund 3 Weeks ago, so far nothing, I tried contacting the support team they have and my tickets ended up ignored.

Ordered a steam key on Sat. Feb. 25., 22:27 (10:27 pm).
Received the the key on Sun. Feb. 26., 10:35 (10:35 am).

Key is working.

So if you order a key on the weekend in the evening you'll maybe have to wait until the next morning.

If you don't need the key immediately or order during business hoursthere are a lot of inexpensive deals.

I bought Titanfall 2. You gave me another account to login in and I had 80 dollars to buy the game. But now I cannot play it annymore cause somebody canceled my order. First everything was fine, but know..... I really want to play it again, thanks....

For an online service is too slow. I'm waiting for a key for about 1h30, still counting. They advertise 30 minutes. It's the first time I have to wait this long on an online purchase.
Also their mobile website doesn't allow you to change the language to English, so you have to know German to check the menus, or change the URL to English. Not so easy to use also. But yeah... Still waiting for the key to arrive.

Working key, nice

i got the key two weeks after i bought it, payment was accepted. i asked several times for the key / to get my money back, almost never got an answer...today i got the key.

My first question for the key was about +24 hours after payment, your first answer several days after my payment.
The email after the order was like -delivery may take some hours with paypal.
I waited more than 250 hours.

-> if you have nothing to sale : dont sale.
If you cant deliver what you promise: say that! Not with small print but with a coulored notice next to the order button.
