Been messed about over door knobs.
Was told item was out of stock when ordered several weeks ago but would be available early May.
Opted to wait as it seemed just what I wanted.
Now been informed that it is still unavailable and there is no clue if and when it will be in stock.
Have requested a refund. Why do companies take orders for products they do not have?
Sales staff have been helpful...not their fault; company policies need changing.

We purchased the sliding door runner
We purchased the runner, and as an afterthought purchased 5 ( as an afterthought extra wall brackets)
Non came with running rail.
The product is well engineered and simple design enabled 2 60+ ladies to hang it all.

Purchased cupboard door restrictors…
Purchased cupboard door restrictors left and right hand. No drawing of the position where to fix them . Made milion holes none of them worked. Have to ask for the refund

Sorry to hear you're unhappy with the cupboard door restrictors. The manufacturer of this item doesn't produce any fixing instructions I'm afraid. The position of the restrictor needs to be installed varies wildly depending on how thick the doors are and the angle of opening required.
