The 7 lever safe pick is good
The 7 lever safe pick is good, actually feels better made / quality than the mortice pin and cam I have previously bought, the main problem with it is the length, if it had been made a little bit longer, or with the thicker shouldered 7mm part of the shaft, made the same dimensions as the rest of the shaft, it would have been much more versatile, ideal for gun safes and thin door or plate cabinets and safes though, so the only reason it didn't get 5 stars was that it could have been made either longer, or of a design that meant the full length of the tool could be effectively used.
Highly recommend it.

Hi, Thats the maximum length that could be made on the machines due to the excessive stick out of the part spinning at over 10,000rpm and being unbalanced. The whole head is made from a solid piece of stainless steel bar and the hole needs to be drilled perfectly straight. The shoulder is needed to strengthen the part as its being machined. If that length of shoulder was any smaller the part would snap off in the machine.
We could make a longer tool but this would be a lot more expensive as the head would require multiple separate operations done to it including being sent away to be gun drilled. The extra cost just to make it 40mm longer would have added nearly £100 to the RRP of the tool. This was considered not to be financially practical.

My EPGs were showing signs of wear and were not operating correctly. Bearing in mind one of them was over three years old, sent them back to GJ Locks and they were returnbed within 48 hours fully refurbished.

Aggressive response by mail
Aggressive response by mail. For 2 weeks they did not send me a tracking number or a letter that they sent the order. I asked them for information about the order and stated that I was ready to make a chargeback if necessary. In response I received this:
Thanks for the aggressive threatening email and please do not purchase anything from us in the future as you are definitely not the type of customer we enjoy dealing with.

So, half a story. The package was shipped the same day. You received an automatic email from the website saying your order has been shipped. Your order was delivered the next day. Proof of delivery has been sent to you and you have now "found" the package. I fail to see that its my fault one of your employees didn't tell you the package had been delivered? It would have taken one email asking for tracking information to have resolved this. But instead you wait two weeks then send me a threatening email stating that if I didn't refund you, you would contact your bank and demand a chargeback on your purchase? And for that I stand by my response email. Which stated and I quote "For your information your package was delivered at 12.37pm Thursday January 30th and signed for by Roman. Please see attached screenshots. A simple email asking for tracking would have swiftly resolved this. Thanks for the aggressive threatening email and please do not purchase anything from us in the future as you are definitely not the type of customer we enjoy dealing with" And your email response was, and I quote "I confirm receipt of the parcel. I am very sorry for the writing style, English is not my native language, and I just did not receive the tracking for 2 weeks, for which I track the order. I will be grateful to you if you allow our further cooperation" Viewers of this can make their own minds up.
