BEWARE!! DECEPTIVE Seller! Items nowhere near as described. Seller uses fake photos. Items were poorly packaged, 2 of the disk shelved had no caddies :( with no caddies I cannot use them :( only 1 had caddies… all 3 are in the worst condition I’ve seen. these are the DIRTIEST and WORST cabinets I’ve seen… never seen NetApp DS4246s that bad…
Unprofessional and unresponsive behaviour when confronted with the issue! Seller refuses partial refund or to provide return label for a full refund!!

Ordered a server which clearly had idrac with dedicated port listed as included. Server arrived, no idrac and a different processor to what I ordered. I wrote to them explaining, and they said it wasn't included, even though their website still clearly says it is. They tried to charge me extra for something already included. As they were unwilling to provide a product that matched the description, I declined and asked for a return. They tried to charge me for the cost of the return, even though they had sent me the wrong product. I had to complain in order for them to pay for it. They then processed my refund, but without the shipping I had paid. Again, I had to complain for them to refund the correct amount. This isn't me changing my mind, it's them not sending what was advertised and then trying to pass the costs of their mistake onto me.
I certainly won't purchase anything from them again.
