Do not rely on Giva’s repair or delivery promises. I purchased a necklace on September 29th for my wedding on November 27th, and it was delivered on October 7th, already covered in scratches.
After raising a ticket, they said there's no replacement for this. It'll be repaired. I sent it back for the first repair on October 14th.
When it was returned on November 3rd, it still had a major, visible scratch. which I can't even understand how they missed. Either they're not checking anything, or they're blind.
I raised the issue again, and on November 6th, a Giva executive called me and explicitly assured me that if I sent it back for a second repair, it would be delivered before November 24th, which is my non-negotiable deadline as I leave for my wedding on the 25th. I told him If you can't do that, then don't do it. But he assured me. Since pickup on November 6th, there has been no communication. I had to send reminder emails on November 17th and 19th. Today, November 20th, I was informed that the delivery will take an additional 10 days, meaning the item has not even shipped yet and will certainly miss the deadline.
I have endured two failed repair attempts, constant broken promises, and zero proactive communication. Giva has failed to provide a new, scratch-free item in two months and has ruined the purpose of this wedding gift.
I tried calling customer service, but after keeping me on hold for a customer service executive to join, after 11 minutes it said all are busy and cut the call.
Worst customer service. I initiated the return one week back still I have not recieved an return. Do not trust this brand
This is a warning to everyone considering GIVA. I purchased the "Rose Gold Fairytale Kids Bracelet" (Order #GI0015376001) and received a dull, cheap-looking product.
When I complained, their customer service, including the "Escalation Desk," refused any fair solution and then started ignoring me.
The worst part? When I tried to share my experience on their Facebook and YouTube pages, they started actively deleting my comments within SECONDS. I have screenshots to prove it. GIVA is not just a company with poor quality products; it's a company that actively silences and censors its unhappy customers to maintain a fake positive image.
Do not trust their marketing. This has been a deeply dishonest and frustrating experience.
Paid for a product, received an empty box. No proper response from GIVA
I recently placed an online order via GIVA website and have been disappointed with the quality of the products and the overall customer service.
I received the order after more than a month after repeated follow-up with the contact center based in India. After more than a month the products arrived in unsealed boxes and the chains were entangled with knots. I am unable to use the chains and cannot refund.
Overall, very much disappointed with customer service and would not recommend GIVA.
