They send physical lettermail to people saying their domain is going to expire if they don't renew. By using lettermail they're clearly targeting less technical domain owners (i.e. small businesses)... See more

This company is horrible
This company is horrible. I called this morning... they don’t even deserve one star they actually deserve about a -100 I called them regarding a letter I received about our domain name as my father was ill and I wasn’t sure if they were actually the owner of the domain name I was calmly starting to read him the letter and he said yes and if we didn’t renew it we would lose our domain name and I said can you answer a couple questions for me he started talking over me and then he came right out and said you’re too stupid to understand the letter and he hung up on me. I hope the Better Business Bureau is looking into them
Customer service is a joke
Customer service is a joke. I called to get a refund as i don't use there service and payment was made to them in error. I received a rude lecture on how to describe my reason to ask for refund!! I as a business will NEVER use there services!! and recommend the same!
Shady business practices!
Shady business practices!
This company sent my client a letter saying they were going to lose their .com domain if they didn't renew with them. Their domain isn't even hosted with them! These shady sales and marketing tactics are duping people who aren't fully up to speed on how websites and domains work. Not sure how this is allowed. Save your postage money and stop doing this.
Tried to scam my client
Tried to scam my client. Will report to the authority.
Scam company using predatory practices…
Scam company using predatory practices to scare people who don't know any better into paying 5x to 10x the price of a regular domain renewal or registration. Absolutely despicable.

Web address was listed in 'renewal' notice. Website has no login, so just pretends to register domain names and scam money from people.
I have reported them to the authorities, as well as UPS.

Contacted the # on the website for clarification on an "Expiration Notice" I received in the mail. The gentleman I spoke to was very rude and insulted my intelligence. He didn't even try to answer any of my questions. We will never do business with this company.

Received a letter in the mail
Received a letter in the mail. The wording is misleading and makes you think you have to work with this BS company to renew your domain for $50/annually. COMPLETE RIP OFF. DONT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!
I received a registry renewal notice…
I received a registry renewal notice even though I am hosted and renew through Godaddy already. THe form is official looking with a flag icon and has scare language making you believe that if you don't submit this renewal form, your domain will expide and you'll lose it.
This company is sniping
This company is sniping. Sending domain registration notices even though your domain is NOT registered with them. BEWARE of there HIGH Price structure.
I suspect this company of "sniping"…
I suspect this company of "sniping" domain registrations from companies who's domains are near due for renewal by sending a renewal email, that subtly offers to switch registration to them and not renew with the existing registrar. This needs more investigation, as it seems to be a legit service, but using shady marketing practices. They need to be more upfront about what they are offering.
