2 fines in 48 mins for parking - they do not reply

On the 9th of september 2021 we have received 2 parking tickets within only 48 minutes 12:38 ref: 21/Z/64224 and - 13:26 21/Z/64233. According to the german ADAC site if you are wrongfully fined for traffic violations - (the second fine is beyond legality since in europe you can not be fined twice for the same infraction) - in italy you need to contact the "Friedensrichter" (Giudice di Pace). I did so using the web form of the site since they do not provide a specific email for this case.

I received a copy/paste format answer from them stating:
As written on the site, this technical section 'write to us', cannot handle direct requests to judicial offices, nor can it provide legal advice services.

I am wondering what it can handle? Further I am wondering why the person who replied to me had no interest whatsoever in investing some 5 seconds of his valuable time to give me an email/phone number where I should send my request to.

But, did we expect anithing else? Not really!!
