We are very sorry that your experience did not go well.
However, we did everything we could to help you. According to the tracking link, the Italian post office and our delivery person, the parcel was delivered on May 17 at 11:45 am.
We would like to inform you that we are only the seller of our items and we only ship packages, but we do not deliver in person. We use delivery companies who take care of the delivery.
We have done everything possible to help you but unfortunately we were not at the time of delivery and we cannot contradict the post office against their proofs of delivery.
We have not made any mistakes concerning your order and everything has been respected. We therefore find that your comment is not directed at us but at the post office in case you were not delivered.
We understand your dissatisfaction but there is nothing more we can do and we are sorry if you have not received your parcel.
