Stay away!. You cannot be sure that this site is legit, if you read the reviews on trust pilot the positive ones all appear to be fake. The negative ones have not received any product, which is my experience. They wanted me to pay in bitcoin because they were unable to receive payments through Pay-pal. Pay-pal told me it was an issue with gitminer, and that there are current investigations that prevented the payment from going through. Definitely do not send these guys any coin !!!, I am fairly certain you will loose it.

On September 14, 2024, I ordered and paid for a miner but did not receive a confirmation email. After hearing nothing by September 15, I inquired via the online chat and my order was confirmed. On September 20, I contacted the chat on the website again but was ignored. On September 21, I submitted a request in the website chat to purchase 5 more miners and received an immediate response. Subsequently, I asked about my original order and was ignored again. As of today, October 19, I have received no messages, no emails, and no refund, and the website is offline.

BIG SCAM!! Be careful with this FAKE vendor. The communication was really good initially before making the purchase, after making the transference I never received via email my receipt of the purchase and when I asked for it they start ghosting me. Their phone number is not working, emails are not responded and chat was disabled. I haven't received any tracking number, receipt or any live signal from the vendor and the purchase was made 2 weeks ago. Federal authorities were notified about this scam already.

i paid for miner and then i got scared that it may be a a scam after doing some online research,i was told miner will be shipped after 7 days. on day 3 i emailed them to cancel my order but they said its already shipped and at customs for clearance. pay customs and shipping cost then they will refund my money. does not want to deduct from my initial payment. they shipped without giving me tracking number for shipment. even does not want to give me shipping tracking number for confirmation that its at customs for clearance. i did not get any phone call or email from customs for custom duty for miner, its a scam they want to collect more money instead of cancelling my order. even i heard this miner Antminer AL1 is not shipped from Bitamin to vendors yet. it will be available in last week of August ready to be shipped when i did online search. they lies

same her potential scam alert. i have paid for miner.first i got hold of them on mail and suport chat,they saying my paiment was hanging somewhere between payment operator and gitminer.com. now they dont answer anything.hope they fix this.
