Mangelnde Transparenz und schlechte Kommunikation – Girls Delta
Unresponsive Support and Misleading Website – Girls Delta (for english, under the german rating)
Update (April 10 2025):
I want to address the company’s response to my review. They claim my statements are „factually inaccurate“ and question my identity, but these accusations are baseless.
My review is supported by concrete evidence: screenshots proving the intransparent structure of their website (e.g., hidden point system) and links showing their content has been freely available on adult websites for nearly 6 years (e.g., since August 4, 2019, and November 22, 2019). I provided this evidence in direct communication, and they have failed to refute it.
Regarding their claim that my identity may not be accurate: I openly admit that I used a test email address (taro dot yamada dot 19930515 at gmail dot com) to check their responsiveness to new customer inquiries. I did this because I already suspected that Girls Delta was engaging in intransparent and unprofessional practices, based on my initial experience with their misleading advertising (e.g., the hidden point system).
I wanted to test whether they would respond to a potential new customer’s inquiry, as this would further confirm their lack of customer support. They never responded to this inquiry, which proves their failure to provide adequate support—contrary to their claim of offering „full support.“
My real identity, which I used in all direct communication with them (including providing my bank details for the refund), has never been questioned by them until now. Their suggestion that my identity is inaccurate is a groundless attempt to discredit me and distract from the real issues.
My refund request is based on legitimate concerns: their misleading advertising (hidden point system) and the fact that their content, which I paid for, is freely available elsewhere, rendering their service worthless to me. Their refund policy does not override consumer protection laws, such as those in Japan (Keihin Hyōji Hō) and the EU, which protect consumers from misleading practices.
Their response, filled with baseless accusations and threats about „manipulating reviews,“ demonstrates their unprofessional behavior and lack of accountability. I urge potential customers to consider my evidence and the company’s unprofessional response before using this service.
Deutsch:
English:
I’m Taro Yamada, originally from Japan but living in Germany for a while now. I was interested in signing up for Girls Delta, but their website gave me the impression that all content would be available immediately upon registration. I sent an inquiry to their support team on April 4, 2025, asking if this was true or if there are specific conditions (like a minimum membership period). As of April 7, 2025, I have not received any reply. In an industry where trust and discretion are crucial, this lack of communication is unacceptable. A friend told me that their content is only unlocked gradually (Silver, Gold, Black status), requiring significant time and financial investment – a detail they don’t mention on their website. I decided not to sign up because of this misleading approach and poor support. Be careful if you’re considering Girls Delta!
