I placed an order for the Betty dress but has it all went through I'd ordered the wrong colour! I immediately sent an email asking them to change it before sending it out and they replied the next day, had managed to get to the order before it was dispatched and changed it!
Super fast delivery too.
Fantastic customer service!

I ordered a dress for next day delivery. Girl in mind didn’t give it to DPD at all however are adamant it should’ve been delivered by DPD in time (tracking shows as not received). No answer to any emails etc, have had to do a chargeback through my bank.

Beautiful clothes, great quality, price & design. Speedy delivery & great customer service. Would thoroughly recommend .

I was looking for nice dresses for a wedding and trip to Spain when I came across Girl in Mind, and I'm so glad I did! All my dresses are lovely, made with great material and are so flattering! I'm usually a size 14-16 UK. Followed their size recommendations and it was spot on! Customer service is also amazing, replies fast and was very efficient. Surely will come back for more!

Great quality clothing, delivery was quick. Unfortunately the dress didn’t fit right on this occasion. when I emailed with a query a member of the team responded swiftly with an answer to my question .

I found the perfect Girl In Mind dress for a wedding, but after recently losing weight, I wasn’t sure which size to order. Despite using the size guide, I was still between sizes, so I ordered two sizes in two different colours because I couldn’t choose!

Unfortunately, neither fitted and, with it being Wednesday and the wedding on Saturday, I was starting to panic! 😳

I contacted customer service to explain my dilemma, and they were absolutely amazing. They cancelled my order and placed a new one for me with next-day delivery — completely free of charge!

It arrived Friday, fitted perfectly, and I received so many lovely compliments on my dress.

Thank you, Girl In Mind, for going above and beyond and turning a potential disaster into a stress-free experience. Fantastic products and exceptional customer service, I couldn’t recommend you highly enough!

Terrible company! Order never arrived, have tried to contact numerous times and they don't even acknowledge emails let alone reply or try to resolve. Have even tried their emails from the website which are even real! Avoid at all costs, the worst company I've ever had the misfortune to order from!

Incredibly impressed with not only the quality of the clothing but the customer service! I unfortunately got something wrong in my order and needed it for the next day, it was updated over night and they even emailed me to let me know not to worry! Amazing service ❤️

Love Girl in Mind dresses. They are my go to for any occasion. Super quick delivery and prompt customer service. I couldn't recommend them enough. I'm a customer from Ireland and they're dresses sell out in every boutique and shop they're in, in Ireland which just shows how popular and stylish they are.

Pretty sure they’re a “opportunity to scam” company. No movement on tracking. Managed to get money back via my bank. And if you look at reviews it’s happened many times to other people. There is also a sister site called little madam. Beware

Beautiful dresses, too many to choose from but settled on two that I really loved (although could’ve kept all of them!). Fit true to size. Customer service outstanding and refund on returned items happened really quickly. I would highly recommend this company if you’re looking for something nice to wear and especially a special occasion outfit.

Dress shape & fit, looks great on. I'm on a weight loss journey & decided to hold off until I land on my target weight (currentl between sizes). The drew, green, puff sleeve dress looked fab on, like a character out of mad men! The puff sleeves added definition to my narow shoulders, the cut enhanced my curves and the colour was just gorgeous. For context, i'm 5ft 2", 30HH-J chest, smaller waist, 40" hips.

I had a slight issue generating a return qr code but the customer service team at GIM responded quickly and helpfully generated a code for me. I'd definitely order from them again. A great brand for curv girls.....at last!

The quality of the dress wasn’t the best. Looking at the picture of the dress it looks expensive, when I got the dress it looked more like a temu dress the quality wasn’t good at all.
