Larry merch

I ordered a top for my daughter in November from Larray merch and it never arrived . It was supposed to be a Christmas present . I emailed to ask for a refund as it hasn’t even been shipped. I was told I couldn’t get one . And it turns out they are out of stock in the size I ordered and they are offering me a bigger size. It feels like a scam. Why would I want a bigger size then the one I ordered . Avoid. I got emails from a guy there called Brad Keegan who was basically telling me I’ve no consumer rights while thanking me for my understanding ... does the Youtuber know what’s going on in his name ? Maybe he doesn’t care.
