Having ordered in plenty of time
Having ordered in plenty of time, I specifically requested delivery for 01 September, my friends birthday. I received confirmation it would be delivered that day.
It didn’t get delivered until 02 September?! Very disappointed. Such a shame as the product is great.

I wanted to make up my own customised gift set and telephoned to get advice on this. So helpful - and after I had placed my online order with additional purchases for them to include in the gift set they contacted me by phone to confirm they had received my instructions.
