Ordered a selection to compare. I was given a tracking number and saw it never left the company. They then offered to send again, but haven't heard a thing since. I spent £55, and no product. I've approached them several times and get nothing.
They are not the only one offering this service, so I suggest trying a more trusting setup.
Appaulling. Wrong order sent and then 7 days of continually trying and still no response from the company. Super disappointing. Dont use this company.
Variety of products and prices are good but I encountered a problem with the service level in terms of shipping. If you use them allow at least 10 days for delivery. Item ordered on a Tuesday arrived over a week later on the Thursday. When contacted on the Monday they said it had been shipped on the Friday – it hadn't ,they actually shipped it on the Monday after my enquiry as to delivery.
