Quality of the particular products I ordered was poor. Also ordered a particular colour, which I was informed after wasn’t in stock, so was offered a different colour or a refund, instead of the colour I ordered when it came back into stock. A few items I have ordered in the past have been poor quality, but a few have been great. Depends on the item I think.

I bought the Green leather stand bag, which I'm really impressed with, and was given a complimentary hat with the purchase. Honestly I think good value for money and a nice touch with the free gift. Any future needs/wants I would definitely head back to them.
About a week to deliver, no issues.

Order took ages to arrive but after delays with delivery the customer service was really good and helped keep me updated with why there was problems. Overall a good company to order from. Products are excellent and of very high quality.

I bought a bag from here and loved the quality, went back and ordered some head covers and never received them by the due date. Reached out to Gimmie Golf and after a few failed attempts to get me my items I received the goods finally, but I was close to giving up if I'm being honest. They were apologetic for the issues and threw in some items as an apology for the delay which was a nice gesture though. Product quality is great, would buy again but hopefully the admin/procurement side of the business improves as the business grows..

Very quick delivery and a quality product. I would recommend for any birthday gift or treat yourself. I will definitely buy again.

I did have an issue, however in fairness after we managed to get over the communication issues, i found that GimmeGolf are eager to provide resolutions and excellent customer service given. Well done GimmeGolf.
