Been trying to ring txt and email no reply im waiting on a fridge/freezer it’s a joke is this a scam

Similar to other reviews here. Scam. Sent order confirmation and delivery number and link but unable to contact the company when delivery date passed. Their email is undeliverable and their phone numbers don't work.

Wouldn’t give them 1 star brought a tumble dryer from them they took money no confirmation infact no contact what so ever phone numbers don’t even ring out tried emailing without any joy absolute scam

Complete scam. Fraud. Lost my money. Contacted bank and trying to recover money.

Thanks to everyone here I found out this was a scam before it was too late. I'm very angry with Google as I only saw them because of a Google advertisement, so called sponsored link. If you see an advertisement up at the top of the page alongside the likes of Argos ,Currys ,eBay etc. you'd expect it to be genuine. Google don't seem to have bothered with their due diligence. I think you all have a good case for suing Google Ads to get your money back. Did you see this advert like me at the top of the page in the sponsored links?

I was about to buy a tumble dryer but the fact they didn't reply to my email made me check out their name on trust pilot only to read alot of people saying how all of them were scammed by gillsmart, so I would avoid this company at all costs.

Can't believe I actually got scammed by this they have someone on line to talk to as a live chat once you purchase you can't talk to anyone no contact SCAM trying to hopefully get my money back from my bank please don't use this company

Up to time of writing no delivery of tumble dryer no reply to emails sent no way of getting in touch with firm supposed to be delivering

Also caught in same scam. Cheap price for fryer around the time of Amazon Prime Day. Ordered, received emailed saying it would be delayed bla bla bla. Never turned up.

I'm still waiting for my order nearly 3 weeks later and from what iv read up then I guess I won't be seeing it iv

I bought a fridge freezer. I couldn't believe how cheap they where so questioned them about why and they said it was just old stock they was getting rid off. Now I'm still waiting for my delivery, the tracking number sends me to some odd website and my delivery status everytime I check is the same, on the way, never yet moved to out for delivery. Now Gill smart are ignoring my emails, there phone numbers dont work and the courier websites email address is fake. So avoid this as it looks like I've been had for the first time ever and I'm so damn angry!!! Probably wont see that money again!! Scamming scum bags!!

Scam scam scam DO NOT buy anything from this website I bought a fridge freezer and delivery was due today however I have not received any updates or even the physical item yet I have sent email tried calling reported website and luckily I used klarna to pay for it so now they will have to fight to get money back.

I also have bought a tumble dryer, on the 23/7/24 which allegedly was shipped on 24/7/24. Counting down the days to 6/8/24, it’s status hasn’t changed to “out for delivery” yet, and despite me sending them an email and the delivery date passing by, I’ve heard nothing. I had a funny feeling in my gut that this was too good to be true; guess what? It is!! I’ve now got to contact my bank to see if I can get my money back. The sting in my tail is, I’m disabled, needing carers 3 times a day and I’ve used my savings to replace my dryer that broke down on me 3 weeks ago. It appears that this company has a habit of making false promises, taking money, and scamming us all; they should be taken offline.

So angry about this SCAM!! I ordered a fridge freezer and I didn’t even receive confirmation but they took the payment?! 2 days later and still nothing, both numbers don’t work and I have sent numerous emails but heard nothing back. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR BIG PURCHASES. Absolute joke😡

I would pick zero starts if I could, this is a SCAM .they take your money , there company does not exist.the tracking they give doesn't exist even on your bank statement it comes up with a different company that doesn't exist . The address to their company doesn't exist.the phone numbers on the website ,one of them doesn't ring and cuts off and the other one says you will be charged for the call.
BEWARE ,do not trust this company .it's a scam, I sent all the evidence to my bank and my bank refunded me,luckily. But this company does not exist .

Do not trust this company - SCAM. I paid for a fridge, they sent a receipt of purchase, several emails followed to approve purchase, they sent you tracking information- NOTHING ARRIVES - SENT SEVERAL EMAILS TO FIND OUT WHAT IS HAPPENING AS DELIVERY DATE PASSED -IGNORE YOU - NO FURTHER CONTACT WITH ME.

Scam/fraudulent
I purchased a tumble dryer on 22.07.2024. Confirmation received that the order was successful and a further email stating it had been shipped from the warehouse on 25.07.2024.
I have tried contacting Gillsmart via email and messaging them however there has been no response.
Payment is taken from Lukata LTD (on Companies House).
The shipping company used states Parcel Shipper - JZA services company number 12759036 (taxi company) but also states AJS delivery services.

I have actioned a section 75 claim with my credit card provider.

Trying to get a refund as this is defo a scam and can't get a hold of anyone. Wish I read these reviews before ordering as bank can't do anything for 30 days
