I ordered some fence panels online on thur to b delivered on sat , a phone call the following day I was told they wasn't Instock. A further phone call told me if they can get the panels from another depot can i take delivery for them on fri . Very happy with service , will use them again

Constant stock issues lately ordered slabs and have been waiting nearly a week for anything to be delivered! Don't list on site if not physically able to deliver. My project has now come to complete standstill and costing me for trades that are just waiting. Emailed and have no consistent updates just told to wait. I have been a loyal customer but lately this may force me to go to cheaper and more available competitor at Walsall builders merchants. Shame because I like these guys but lately too expensive and constant let downs.

My order arrived on the date stated and I paid a fair price. When the order arrived, 1 of the postcrete bags was ripped opend and 1 of the fence panels damaged.

If it were possible to give zero rating i would, order was placed 6 days in advance and I received a phone call on the afternoon of delivery to say, we don't have your order available, would never use again

There was an issue with my order but the staff were very helpful and I was refunded. Gave 5* purely for the way it was dealt with.
