I bought a ruby with Gil certificate they write that the stone is heated . The same stone have 2 certificate both have different result so I was confused so I send the ruby to Gia and the result was same as Gil so I think Gil use proper machine and are 100% perfect in there grading
Update I also emailed them using their emails provided and ive not had any response
I've just bought a ring from a seller on ebay and they put this certificate with it but noticed its just for the Mainstone sapphire. Yet when I go on and try to get the verify report with the number on so called certificate the page is jist blank next. The website is not functional and sketchy layout. And I can't find anything about this so called Gem expert who it seems are based in Bangkok when this seller is in USA
