DO NOT use this website they are totally fake not Birkenstock would ask for a refund but obviously that' not happening a complete waste of £80.00. I will report them for making fake goods. Ah well you live and learn!

looks like they are selling fake Birkenstocks. Bought 2 pairs with a 5-7 day delivery on 4th July. Now after 16 days apparently only just left China!!!!!!!! Why China???currently refusing a refund.
