Not pleased with the return policy for Gigi pip. I was charged $11 for a restocking fee! I will not order from this company again!
I ordered 2 hats and some accessories to the UK about 3 weeks ago.
Tracking seems to have stopped on the 15th April in California and like many others I have found the Customer Service to be non-existent. No response to emails, DM's on IG, comments on FB or a vad review. I will say they responded to me prior to ordering when I asked about a hat being restocked so someone is choosing not to respond to 'difficult' requests.
Looking back at reviews even on their own site this theme is all to common and Gigi Pip cant be bothered to change either their courier or their Customer Service practices so the only thing I can surmise is that they don't give a s***.
I have asked for an update from the delivery partner but after that it will be a credit card chargeback.
Shame as I really liked the look of the hats.
I purchased a Gigi Pip hat from View Your Deal on Sept 30, 2025. I received the hat on Oct 10, 2025. It was too large and I requested to return via email and text on 10/13. I was initially told I could only exchange hat and no refund. My receipt says I had 30 days to return. They then said I could return the item and had to pay return shipping. I paid $4.99 for shipping on the purchase, but they said I owe a $11 restocking fee( which was not stated) and charged me $9.20 to return ( subtracting from my purchase price). They later said they wouldn't charge me the restocking fee.
They received the returned hat on October 15th and to this date, November 2nd, I have yet to receive a refund. The Hat cost $73 + $4.99=$77.99 I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM HERE AGAIN AND DON'T RECOMMEND OTHERS BUYING FROM HERE, IF YOU DON'T WANT THE HASSLE AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I purchase two hats and an accessory, one hat was for me and the other for my mother. We received the hats- they’re big on both of us and to add on- they’re not in the best condition(they have dents). I have tried to get in touch with gigipip many, many, many times expressing the problem and they have not replied nor helped me whatsoever. This is upsetting. I was so excited to finally buy a hat from them and this is their customer service??
My Review of Gigi Pip
I had to place my order four times because their payment platform kept saying that my payment was not approved or validated, only to end up approving all four orders at once in the end.
I emailed them at least four times right away to cancel the extra orders, but I never got a reply. Now I’m stuck with multiple orders I didn’t want, and they’re refusing to help me get a refund — even though I offered to return the items at my own expense.
I’m very disappointed in Gigi Pip’s customer service. Their handling of this situation is completely unacceptable for a brand of this reputation.
I bought 9 hats from this company. I believe that's why they probably respond to me. This review is for the last hat I purchased. I ordered the Black Raine Wide Brim hat with a store credit from a different hat I bought. On three separate occasions I received BLEMISHED Raine hats. I know this because I purchased a Deep Cherry Raine brim with the metal neck chain inside a plastic pouch. All three neck chains were attached to the hat, no plastic pouch. Now I'm in the process of getting another store credit for this catastrophe. I give 4 stars because they accept refunds/returns! UNLIKE COMFRT JOGGERS...store credit only! Sorry, I'm telling everybody, everywhere about COMFRT!
The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, as in - there is none. They won’t reply to your emails, or follow up on messages despite them taking your money!
Customer service is a joke -
No return emails, no chat, no return phone calls since Feb 13th. This is not the way to run a biz. Time to contact the Better Business Bureau and small claims court
No shipping after weeks, no answer to any message and no refund. Obviously un professionals and hunhonnests. RUN!
I am customer who has not received my item. I was told by the customer service representative that is delayed and your job to wait. This is confusing to me because I should have the option to pay when I receive. This is poor customer service and you know. Get when you get it. The company you are using to ship your product should be held accountable.
