waste of time. Called with query on Monday afternoon
Called with query on Monday afternoon. OVER 45 minutes on hold. Given automated choice of pressing option 1 for a call back. On Tuesday at 9.15am got call back but I couldn't answer. They left a message saying can call them if still need to talk.
Called again Tuesday afternoon, OVER 35 minutes on hold.. and rinse and repeat.
Finally spoke to Lewis Wednesday morning at 9.10am. Both my concerns were met with "no, we won't insure you for those". Total waste of three days for nothing.

Tried to renew online and update payment method. Web site would not allow me as it was running really slow. I made contact by phone and updated deyails one to one with a tepresentative of the company. Finally made my payment and all documents were on the website.
