We carried out work for this company last Xmas and January to allow them to extend their network in the Perth area and dispite repeated requests we havent been paid for the work and are owed around £50,000.00 pounds.This business must be insolvent as it hasnt posted last years company accounts and refuse to answer any calls regarding payments although they never have disputed the amount owed Hope their internet is better than their attitude to paying subcontractors.

Well my first review was not a good one, what with constant hiccups...no signal poor signal etc... but things have improved vastly. The signal is strong and constant now and we couldn't be more delighted.
Our house needed a wifi booster which gigaloch supplied but it really wasn't very good so I purchased a Netgear one and oh boy what a difference.
5 stars all round!!!

Perthshire rural area. Can't honestly say we are super impressed. Signal is not constant, sometimes dropping to rock bottom. Speed is debatable but as it is so variable it's hard to tell. We have had several total outages, today since morning with signal expected to be reinstated 8pm this evening. Free for the first year. Don't know where we will go from here but can't say we are satisfied.

I can't recommend Gigaloch enough! Providing fast fibre to our 8 self-catered accommodations and events space, coming to a rural setting, guests often expect our internet to be slow. Fast internet speeds are just another tool in our arsenal to help guests have the most comfortable stay. Any planned maintenance is communicated in advance, making Gigaloch great to work with.

If you want fast reliable broadband in a rural area then Gigaloch are the best in the business. They kept us informed every step of the way, the ground workers were clean, tidy and trustworthy, the installation guys were first class and technical support which we haven’t really needed as it’s that good have been brilliant. I highly recommend them and the local community love them. They are the hero’s who go where other broadband companies can’t or won’t!
