Very good service and very cheap price for getting a sim with phone number. Got scammed by Bytesim for buying a sim with no Thai number and now I got a Thai number with this good company for a cheap price. I paid for esim activation but for some reason it wasn’t working. I reached out to their support, they supported but it didn’t work & I thought it was a scam case but then their support agent named Monica Nguyen came to help and changed my perception about their service completely. She guided me step by step to how to activate esim & stayed till the end to ensure it’s working for me, really happy how she handled my issue, GOD bless her. This is real customer service.

The e sim worked great once loaded to…
The e sim worked great once loaded to my phone. Samsung galaxy s22.
As advertised it worked in regional areas of Vietnam without issues.
Instructions where provided on how to load the esim to android and iPhone. The only thing negative I could say is when loading the esim having to navigate from the instructions, to the right area in the phone and then the email to retrieve activation codes. That was a little frustrating but not the providers fault.
I would definitely use this product again.

I purchased a Vietnamese eSIM from Gigago, and the whole experience was very good. Installation was straightforward, the mobile data works perfectly, and I also received a local Vietnamese phone number.
I had a few questions about the correct phone number format and receiving international SMS, and the customer support was quick, friendly and helpful. We got everything sorted out, and both data and incoming SMS are now working perfectly.
Very satisfied with the service and happy to recommend Gigago! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

5G works everywhere, the phone number works very well if you want to create new account or even make call ! They use « Orange » Network, which is apparently the best in France !
And even if I had some issues to active them, and the customer service was very quick, helpful and kind !

Good coverage with first class service
Could not get the phone number by following the instructions but when I sent an email, the support team immediately sent a reply with the number and followed up later to make sure the problem was resolved. Very happy with the speedy after sale service. The activation was seamless. The coverage is good but inside tall buildings there’s only 4G and a bit slow. Very good outdoors
