Honour you offers to customers

Communication was poor. You sent me an offer 2 months free with $0 installation. When I called, you advised me I was no longer eligible as I had already applied a few days prior. The person I spoke to also advised I would get a call back from sales which never happened. BTW the technician was great.

The 1300 number is NEVER answered

To purchase a plan, they don't pick up. Heaven help anyone if you want support. No response either from the chat bot.
The warning signs are right there. Move on.

Bad customer service

Internet speed is good, everything else is bad.

You are forced to use a terrible third party payment company that regularly "fails" and charges huge extra fees; and Gigacomm's own customer service is basically non existent.

Been with them for a couple of years and only stick with them because NBN barely works in our building. There is no other reason to use GigaComm.

High Speed Internet adds value to our building

I work in building management and found their approach to gaining permission from the strata to install in the building very professional. We went through a very thourough design and consulataion process that all parties were happy with. Even though we have the NBN and TPG fibre to the building we found our professional residents extremely pleases to have the option of high speed service. They have added value to our building by gaining high speed users that would would move to other buildings but now stay because of the availble internet speed.

Incredible service and product

I stumbled upon Gigacomm about a year ago while doing some research on faster internet plans within apartment blocks. Called up and to my surprise I was able to order a gigabit plan. The installation team were out within a few days and connected the spare phone line in my apartment to the Gigacomm infrastructure while leaving the NBN port intact. The speed has been consistently 1Gb since install and has never skipped a beat. On the very rare occasion I've had to call support I have managed to get a hold of someone very quickly and they have all been very professional and helpful. Would recommend this provider to anyone that can access it.

This company is a bully when they want…

This company is a bully when they want to install their equipment on a building. They force their way into a building using the Telecommunications Act.
Our strata building did not want their services as we already had NBN and are happy with it.
Avoid this company.

Excellent Service, Excellent Product.

Gigacomm has been an excellent choice for our high speed home Internet. The technician arrived at the arranged time, installation was a breeze and the Internet is fast and consistently achieves the promised download speed irrespective of the time of day - even during the evening peak. Highly recommended.

I recently swapped over to Gigacomm

I recently swapped over to Gigacomm, I’m very happy with the service, and the speed is constantly high, and the ping is Low just what you want. Our 12 month contract is a good price. I’m not that excited about the plume though.

Gigacomm is perfect

Recently swapped over to Gigacomm from a major internet provider. Half the price and so much faster. No brainer really. Installation and support team were so lovely and professional. Have used multiple devices without issue. Only 1 or 2 random drop outs.

The Internet provider is so good that I need to post my review under three different review websites !

TLDR;
Way better download/upload speed (Download 200mbps and upload 50mbps at a friendlier price than my previous 90mbps NBN plan), way better speed stability (200mbps is what I really got at all times to all of my newer devices and PING does matter to me !), better services (both customer and internet services), almost no down time (except for maintenance during ungodly hours where I'll be sleeping), and easy installation procedure with a very understanding home installer from GigaComm. The best pricing for me, counting the speed that you got even after counting in the extra monthly payment for their PLUME device that makes sure your devices get the best connection all the time.

To begin with, my NBN plan was supposedly a 90mbps download speed and 20mbps upload speed package but in reality I really never got that high during office hours and let alone in the evening during peak hour.

Then came Gigacomm to our building, which is a non NBN and using FTTB (Fibre to the Building) technology. I could not be happier hearing that my Owners Corp finally worked together with GigaComm to get FTTB done with GigaComm. Simply way better than my old NBN, and most importantly, a much more stable speed any time of the day !

Installation and connecting GigaComm to my unit was simple, smooth progress, and swiftly done, even after counting in the time needed to troubleshoot and to ensure that we really got 200mbps to all of our newer devices. Communication with GigaComm was easy and they are very understanding of our complex circumstances and conditions to plan and get the installation on time and work as intended.

200mbps is what I get at all time with very low PING for my gaming purposes. A stable 50mbps upload speed and stable connection are also very reassuring for 3 people in my apartment unit during work from home, especially for me because my workplace heavily relies on connection to the server and all of the work constantly uploaded to the server to be processed and thus 50mbps upload speed really helped. I also upload videos online as part of my side hustle, and it has become so much faster now.

I am using their PLUME device and pay an extra monthly payment for it but it is worth the money because unlike your usual router, PLUME helps me get the best connection for my devices by juggling between 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz depending on what I use the device for. Less hassle for me, not to change the connection manually.

Hope this review could help more people in deciding what internet service provider that they will use according to their needs. Cheers.

Consistent for Games

Used to have a 50 Mbps connection and only received 15 in my room. As a gamer, that sucks, but when I switched to gigacomm, I got a consistent 200 Mbps. Very satisfied. 10/10 - IGN
