I Required some help to book an appointment for a Shengen visa. The service was accurate and effective.
I recommend gigaa visa service to anyone for travel and any other relating issue.

He worked it all out for us from start to finish. We were a big family and he managed to assist all of us and we got our visas and had a smooth travel.

Got my Belgium visa in 1 week , quick reply and solve any kind of problem without any hesitation.

Very bad experience. All of our money get wasted. After our first visa getting rejected through them, they asked us to reapply to different country with flight bookings and hotel reservations. After investing all our time and money twice through this agency, our visa got rejected again. They wasted a whole month of salary in this with no successful outcomes. Won’t recommend this agency to anyone.
When you will contact them for first time, they will show you all beautiful dreams and if you ask about the rejection, they would say they don’t know any reason.

When I initially approached this visa agency, they clearly assured me that they would handle and provide all supporting documents required for the visa process, except for my personal documents. However, after submitting my application, I began receiving multiple queries from the Embassy of Lithuania stating that the hotel and flight bookings provided were invalid or expired.
When I reached out to the agent, James, instead of resolving the issue, he changed his stance completely and started blaming “strict visa rules,” offering no real assistance in addressing the embassy’s concerns. As my travel date approached, I was left in a very difficult situation with no proper support from the agency.
I was ultimately forced to spend a significant amount of my own money to arrange genuine flight tickets and hotel accommodations at the last minute, which is completely unacceptable given the service I had already paid for. When I later contacted him regarding a refund, he avoided the issue altogether, giving excuses like “rules have changed” rather than taking responsibility.
If this is how the service operates, there is absolutely no reason to go through such an agency—I could have handled the entire process myself more reliably. I strongly warn others: do not trust this agent. This appears to be nothing more than a way to take money from people without delivering the promised service or support.

Its a zero
I was a dumb , just letting other's aware and avoid them. They provide fake flight amd itinerary details, my visa got rejected in 1 working day..
I saw others who used the same platform had same results. So please dont use them. Try yourself. O was very disappointed that they did this. Retrospectively I realise all documents were fake.

My experience with Gigaa Holidays was an absolute nightmare. I’m writing this so others don’t lose their time, money, and peace of mind the way I did.

First, the company fed me false promises. I didn’t have any plan for Greece . They confirmed there is no appointment available for Czech(my original destination) and assured me that they will prepare all the documents and process the Schengen visa without any issues. Now once I competed my payment , they almost stopped answering my chats and not received a single call due to various excuses. Now just two days prior to that appointment, I have been told to book the original Greece flight tickets as Greece embassy is not accepting any dummy tickets that they usually provide. At that situation I was helpless and not sure what to do . However somehow I managed to arrange the tickets ( refundable) and submitted that .

Their other documents are also not original and their explanations changed every time I asked a question. Nothing matched what they originally told me.

Now came to know , my visa got rejected . I tried to connect them but not receiving any response as usual . No update, no responsibility, nothing.
This company showed zero transparency, zero professionalism, and zero accountability.
Their service is built on excuses, delays, and empty promises.

I will never use Gigaa Holidays again, and I strongly recommend everyone to think twice before trusting them. My experience was a complete waste of time, money, and trust.
