From a facebook ad I ordered a "denim cap with embroidered logos" instead of which, after weeks of chasing, I received a plastic cap with some printed logos. Upon complaining that the actual product bore no relation to the advertisement I got a standard multi paragraph response that effectively told me to go away.
Bearing in mind both the product misrepresentation and their (non) response I would suggest potential buyers avoid this seller.
