Its so hard trying to get a gift card
Its so hard trying to get a gift card, I try to put my phone number to send a code but I didn't want to send so I tried a few mins later then it errors out then I contacted them and i guess it wouldn't let me use my phone number, so I had to pay a extra 2 dollars so I can get a code using my text now number.

Do not use virtual card option
Do not use the virtual card option you will have nothing but problems with that. I ordered a virtual card 3 days ago and still at this time the recipient has not been able to use it. When contacting the company through messaging you have to deal with an AI individual which is a waste of time. As previously stated do not use the virtual card option

I ordered an Amazon gift card to send to myself because my card wasn't working but they were not explicit about their self-gifting policy. I have requested a refund multiple times and they have claimed that a live agent will be with me in 30 min. It's been 4 hours. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!
