I went into shop today as they didn’t have the product in stock was really happy with the service today they couldn’t be more understanding would highly recommend buying from giftworks there products are 100 % genuine and very reasonable priced I bought from them lots of time will be buying again

Very disappointed with my purchase ,I…

Very disappointed with my purchase ,I ordered a locker over 2 weeks ago and heard no update on my delivery until today . I email 3 times asking for an update and also rang and left a message and only got a call today to say sorry your item is out of stock.very bad customer service ,said she only got my Las email and that they sent me an email to tell me my larger item was not in stock which I certainly did not receive otherwise I wouldn't have been emailing looking for information. Told me a refund was issued on Thurs which is 13 days after I made the purchase and I bought a really small item as an add on and charged me 8.99 delivery, ridiculous and when I questioned it wasn't helpful at all. So be very careful when placing an order ,a very unprofessional customer service team.

Beware

Beware.

Never received the item. Ordered on 29th Jan, its now Mar 2nd

Customer support non-existant. Submitted a query and their response was to ask for my phone number?
Weird, but anyway, I provided that but they have since disappeared.

4 weeks ago I ordered pieces and still…

4 weeks ago I ordered pieces and still I have not received them.

An email was sent to me when I informed you of this and you asked for my number. I have it to you and I haven't received a call either.

Now I want a full refund Asap and keep the goods. I won't be buying from you again.
