I think the flags look amazing, but I could not buy a flag from a company that disrespects any flag by throwing it on the ground change your ad

If I could give no stars I would. Presented on Instagram as Nordstrom. Once pay I realized it was a scam. When the item arrive I couldn’t stop laughing at how bad it was! It was a rip off of a high quality outfit made of the cheapest quality polyester. You would even want to donate this item.

I almost purchased until it got to the payment page, and they want to charge US CITIZENS a TARIFF for a product that is MADE IN THE USA. Talk about a blatant money grab.

**Biggest complaint: I have only used my debit card instead of a credit card with GiftsForYouNow.com - big mistake. Lots of fraudulent charges on that debit card and this is the ONLY place that card was used. Did receive someone else's order instead of mine, which the company fixed, but it just took longer than expected to receive the original order which ended up being someone else's order so I had to wait even longer.

I was excited to order & receive a custom retirement gift for a co-worker. "Personalized Retirement Word Art Acrylic Keepsake" - you can add words, and it looked super cute! Even received it super-fast. Then I opened the package. The words are in 3 colors (black, white & lt. brown). The black is not as bright, and the white you can barely read, and the brown is pretty much invisible. I wrote to the company - received a nice note back, they wanted more photos. Sent more photos and was told that a replacement would look the same! WHAT? THIS item I received looks NOTHING like what I approved or what they show in photos. I even enhanced the photo of MY item - so, it showed darker to them!
Now I don't what to do - as it too late to order another custom order from someone else. How could a company let this type of product get out their doors? We were actually going to place a very large bulk order - but wanted to see 1 first. BOY, am I glad I did!! Can't imagine receiving 300 that you can't read! Unbelievably disappointed customer. No more!

Purchased a headstone for dog's gravesite on March 11. Less than 4 month's later in July it is unreadable. This company is not reputable. They refuse to refund my money. My sweet dog deserves better than this!

Ordered a windchime for a friend's birthday and would be embarrassed to give it to her. I called and told them I wasn't happy with size and quality. They told me basically I should have read description no resolve. I told them I would write a review but they said that's what people do.

DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR REAL PHONE NUMBER. YOU WILL BE FLOODED WITH SPAM CALLS. Honestly, the product I purchased wasn't bad. But this is one of those companies that either DOES sell you information or does nothing from protecting your information from being accessed by scammers/hackers. I started to receive scam calls as soon as I placed the order and had to start blocking entire area codes to make them stop. I placed the order on the 23rd and got 4 scams that day. On the 24th, I got 2 more. On the 25th I got 3 more. The 26th, I got 2 and as of noon today, I have already received 4 scam calls!

I cancelled my order 1 hr after placing it. Promised a refund and its going on 2 weeks and still dont have my refund. They withdrew my payment knowing the order was cancelled now taking forever to return it. Ive called multiple times and keep getting BS promises. Dont do business with them!

I bought a Bamboo Cutting board from Gifts for you now.
I bought 5 cutting boards in 2019. Good quality, detailed dark words. There were no other size back then but large. I paid $23.83 for each board. So this year I decided to buy another one. Never would have thought this board would be that small and you can't hardly see the words engraved. This board was really small. Nothing like the 5 I bought in 2019. I called the company she said that the measurements are at the bottom. I said, I bought 5 in 2019 and they were big. There was no size Large or small black then. I never had to choose. I paid the same price for this small board. She said {Danielle} the bigger board is and back then was $49.95. I said NO! If it was I would not have bought them.
Danielle said well maybe we were having a sell. I said all 5 times. I did not buy them all together. I asked her to look at my order back then. She saw were I bought something by my email address, but could not see what. I looked at the order page and I saw the measurements. It was no choice to order a large or small back then.This small board was a big disappointment. What they did was charged the same price for this small one, thinking nobody would know the difference. I know the difference because I ordered 5 boards back in 2019.
I would have love to see where it said $49.95 for a big board. It was not on the site, just the measurements. I will never buy a bamboo cutting board from them again. They do have smaller and thin boards on the site, but not the ones I ordered.

I ordered 2 garden stones and both were poor quality. The names that were supposed to be on it were faded and had the etching but no ink. The box also came damaged. I attempted to fix with a sharpie marker and emailed the company with pictures but they basically said "oh well, sorry to hear that". I would find a different company for future orders.

They promote fraud by telling you the give you 20% off with there code then when you question them they say
Oh that’s off the original price. No where does that
Say that so stay away from this company they will rip you of!!!

Ordered personalized Christmas ornament. Was supposes to have my granddaughters name followed by the word forever. Picture on the front. They only put Part of her name and part of forever and elongated it to the extent it was unreadable. Told them three times and three times all they could say was how disheartened they were and that it was delivered. The fact that for over $23. dollars it was unsatisfactory meant nothing. This is a take the money and run company. Customer satisfaction is not in their policy.

The company charged me twice at different prices for same items. This was accomplished by the company's website appearing to be experiencing problems while reviewing my order; thereby prompting me to inadvertently re-order the same items, calculated at lower price. Once the order is placed your with the belief that I am saving money. The company then acknowledged, confirm and send confirmation number. No other confirmation to alert potential buyer of duplicated unconfirmed order necessitated by their make- believe GLITCH. I was charged twice for same items :- (1) Invoice No 2578502 for $52.37 Placed by me and the company Confirmed the order by e-mail. (2) System Glitched Placed Invoice No 2578490 for $63.85 that was never acknowledged or confirmed as the former. The latter invoice only showed up on my PayPal two or three days later. I sent an e-mail to the fact that I placed one order and have their confirmation e-mail, only to be told the items are being shipped and cannot be returned because they are personal items. A policy that is not known until an issue arise.
Because of different prices charged by this company, they were able to convince PayPal that they were two distinct and different orders. This experience was an eye-opener, especially when dealing with unknown on-line company.

Ordered in november and did not receive order in time for Christmas. Instead I get emails from them almost daily advertising other goods. They sent me an email saying my items have been shipped on November 30th but when you click the tracking number it says that it is not yet in the system meaning that the item hasn’t made it to the post office yet. Therefore it is not fair for them to say that the item is shipped

I have ordered many times from GiftsForYouNow.com and have been very satisfied with their products especially the personalized items. I did have an issue once which was quickly resolved by the great staff. I most recently bought a garden flag and had it personalized and it is lovelier than I expected. They are a family owned business that cares about their customers and goes out of their way to satisfy. Prices are fair, shipping is fast and customer service is excellent. A great place to order personalized gifts or keepsakes.

Items were exactly as I ordered. Came in the described time allotments for each item as well. The only confusing thing is that the have items for 1 day sales which offers either a sale price or a promo code for free shipping. If you order that item you might see the same item come out to be a lower price because of promo code. Just wish they would keep the total price the same at all advertisements.

I ordered two 18x24 canvas prints and contacted Customer Service because something was not quite right with the order when it was received. They were AMAZING to work with - responsive and FAST in resolving my issue. I highly recommend them to anyone!
