Ordered 2 personalised wooden key rings April 2026 received acknowledgement of order with estimated delivery date. Delivery date came and went, chased via email, telephone and messenger without no response from any communications. Have now raised a dispute with credit card company for this transaction. I wish I had seen the reviews on Trustpilot, I would not have placed order in first place if I had known.

I wish I had looked here first. Abysmal customer service! No response to emails, messages or WhatsApp until I suggested I call them. When the item went out for delivery I noticed I had transposed 2 digits in the postcode. I informed them for a whole week, as I couldn't contact Parcelforce. To no avail. Item allegedly returned to them, they said not. A whole month past the birthday date, I did get a full refund. It's so frustrating when you just want an honest answer. Do not use them.

If I could give zero stars I would. Zero communication after numbers emails, texts, messages and calls. Really disappointing as there are some great products. DO NOT USE!

Never buy from this company, if I could I would give a zero star rating but unfortunately the website will not allow me to do so. Bought 9 personalised calendars as gifts this Christmas back in September. Having chased many times and no responses received I have now placed this matter in the hands of our credit card company. Please avoid at all costs!

I ordered a personalised gift, which never arrived. No response to my emails. When I spoke with my bank, I found out that the merchant had set up a recurring payment without my authorisation. Absolutely disgusted

I ordered a personalised calendar, was told it would arrive within 3-5 days, that was over 2 weeks ago. The money was taken within days. I have written several times, to ask where my order is, they don't reply and now I've noticed my original order, with tracking no. has actually disappeared from my emails. I didn't do it, if I had it would show in my recycling bin.
I wish, like all the others on here that I had checked this Company out before ordering, I definitely won't make that mistake again.

As with many other customers, I ordered a personalised Christening gift. Received an email verifying the purchase and informing me it would be delivered by August 12/13. Have not received it, no reply to any of my emails and the phone numbers advertised are not valid.

Like other reviews, placed an order which was never received. Company didn’t respond to emails or WhatsApps and phone line wasn’t working.
Do not order anything from this site.

I wished i read reviews before buying.
I ordered a personalised cheese board but I never received the item and money was taken.
Tried to call but the phone is not working neither their whatsapp. I emailed them a few times but still waiting to hear from them. I contacted my bank for cancellation and fraud

I have not received my order, any correspondence or any tracking information. They have taken my money.

Wish i could give 0 stars, its 100% a scam site. Ordered to hip flasks as a birthday gift and other than an order confirmation i've heard nothing since. should have been a week max for delivery & chased by email several times.. nothing. Call the number, rings & disconnects. Money gone & no sign of every getting these products. Stay well clear

BUYER BEWARE! Scammers. Took my payment...then nothing. No item sent (retirement gift for work colleague. Was on me to find a gift from myself & fellow colleagues). No replies to my emails and phone calls...waste of time. Like so many here , I wish I'd checked here first rather then trust their own website 'reviews'. 'Company' set up a recurring payment. Beware. Item didn't arrive, no response to contact attempts. Raised a dispute with the bank for the small amount lost and found they had set up a recurring payment. Scammers. Beware.

If I could give no stars I would!! Waited three months, despite priority 2 week shipping for an eagle whisky bottle that looks more like pigeonton from Paddington that an actual eagle! Absolute con of a website and then rejct your money recall claim via the bank! Do not buy anything from here!!

I ordered a pendent checking delivery time 3 to 4 days it's been 11 days I have not received the order. I have tried calling no answer and no replies to my emails. It was a personalized pendent for someone I am seeing and sadly I could not give to them as I still haven't received it and now frankly I don't even want it as I had to find an alternative from elsewhere. Thank you for ruining my special moment. I wish I read reviews before. I will never buy from them. One word scam!

I bought a night light for my granddaughter last Christmas but a few weeks ago, the USB port broke & was unusable. Using batteries it only lasts 2 or 3 nights. I emailed & got a reply quickly asking for the order number. I sent this and have heard no more even though I have followed up with 3 more emails. They just don't seem to care. Gave 2 stars as the original transaction was OK. After sales care seems to be non existent.

Ordered personalised calendars October. Email to say on the way,never arrived. Complained and was told they would reprint. Still nothing. Eventually I got a full refund after many unanswered phone calls and emails. My advice - avoid at all costs. I too wish I'd read these reviews before ordering.

Bought some 2025 personalised photo calendars from them. As a brit living in Germany I needed a UK calendar that delivered to Germany.

Really pleased with the calendars, they look great and delivered quickly.

This is a very basic scam operation. Take money, do not provide the goods. Reported to my bank and every fraud investigation company in the country.
